Transferred apps, contacts, photos, call logs, messages, etc. without issue from old phone. I've been using Samsung Galaxy phones for a long time but I wanted a Razr so bad because folding it up and putting it in a pocket easily was very appealing to me. The camera quality is far less impressive than what I had, but I don't mind at all because this one still takes excellent photos and videos. The battery life is very decent so far and I've been using it a lot customizing everything and haven't noticed fast drops or anything concerning. Smooth transition and there's some pretty nice features that are new to me.Thought it was going to be awkward with the fingerprint sensor being on the unlock button, but it's actually preferable over having it on the screen. I had the problem where it didn't want to connect anywhere else and I even contacted the store it was locked to and they said they can't do anything. And I did contact the seller and they did say I could return it even with the slight damage and I'd get a full refund but I never got to return it how I ended up breaking it when it dropped not even 3ft onto the grass and a small speck showed on the screen which cooked the whole big screen completely. And I also want to point out this phone is not good at all when you do anything outside how the screen when it got too hot even with it in my pocket I could hear and feel the screen pushing back in place and with slight pop sounds when I use the screen. And a friend of mine his whole screen peeled off after half a day outside and all he did was open it and it was broken and it was like 90-100 out so average for Kentucky summers. I think maybe if you don't do anything outside then this phone is good and also you can't even put a screen protector on it or it voids your replacement even if you buy it from a big store how that was a paper I got within the phone box and you can't peal the *screen protector* that's on it which is just a sheet of plastic ... show more

I absolutely loved the whole idea and phone, however not even 6 month in the screen broke out no where. The phon4e did have warranty but neither Verizon, trac phone or Motorola wanted to deal with it. The seller did made it right they shipped a new phone to me and replace the broken one, it did take some back and forth but we among to get it done. ... show more

Just like others on here, the phone I received was supposed to be "unlocked", but you can't even set it up without a Verizon account to log into. Extremely annoyed, as the process to set it up now has me without a working phone number until I buy a new one elsewhere

The phone looks like brand new, I have no issue with the refurbisher. The issue I have is with Motorola in their crappy operating system. I wanted something wider and smaller than my iPhone but God you can’t find anything you can’t get anything to work. I spent 72 hours trying to make this phone operation. I think I’m gonna try to dual Sim keep my old iPhone for something to actually work with I was going to send this back, but I like the style of it so much and the functionality as far as just being able to go to the gym possibly watch a video, but the front screen doesn’t let you put your music app on it, which is terrible if you wanna walk with this I still have my old iPhone. I found it half the information on the iPhone was on the droid and then I’m told I need to go to Apple and go through a bunch of hoops to maybe make it work. I don’t think so. Motorola needs to get their developers crap together And provide an operating system that is useable I love the design of the phone/I gave up and sent it back and bought another iPhone ... show more

Have the phone about a month purchase as renew so far it looks and operates like new phone doing what it supposed to do unlocked I have boost mobile as carrier I l love the idea that it folds and it does not take a lot of room in my pocket it is compact reason I got it also the simple functionality and the price it might not be a flagship phone but it works great for the price I also like the case color and feel of the phone the only downside is you can't use a SD card for more storage so if you take a lot of photos or music downloads it might not be the phone for you I be back for a review update in 2 months time from now. ... show more
