Buying a new phone hasn't seemed like a new experience in a very long time. I love finding apps that work great on the front screen. I love the soft back so I don't have to worry about scratching it. This phone arrived in immaculate condition. It works much better than I had hoped. It has much better signal than the Samsung S22 Ultra that I had been using. Works in locations that I had NO service in before. Haven't had a Razr since the original version and I'm very happy with it again. Kind of lacks in the camera features, but I am not that displeased. New learning curve in getting used to a Motorola Smart Phone, but not TOO different or difficult. Battery life is really good as I can get a couple of days out of it. Slightly narrow compared to the Samsung, but makes it easier to handle. Feels like a decent quality phone for the money. ... show more

Loving the new phone. Less than loving the dent in the main screen. "Excellent" refurbished should not have ANY screen defects. My 1 star is for the seller who claimed it was excellent condition. It's 'good' at best. Permanent little rainbow spot(see photo). Highly irritating. The razr 2024 gets 5 stars itself though. I'm loving it. ... show more

A solid choice, after being an iPhone user for years I thought the device had a defect I soon found out I was using it wrong. While I still have my iPhone as my primary the razor is a good choice for me as a second phone.

Phone is great and in great condition. The only issue is the phone was not fully unlocked. I had to change phone services to use the phone. They gave a dummy imei to connect to a sim card but the phone that imei was for only used esim, making it not have sim cards available

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is being written a week after delivery to give time with the device. Shipping was much faster than expected, arrived in solid cardboard box wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. Additional packing material was more than adequate for shipping. I purchased in "good" condition, however I can't find any defects, signs of use, even just a scuff or small scratch. The phone was clean and fully reset. The battery health is in great condition, and have had no issues with any functionality. Used this phone for both Total Wireless and Visible as carriers and both have worked seamless, no carrier locks. The seller did a great job with everything and I'll certainly look to purchase future phones from them in the future ... show more
