March 2025: Phone arrived today, and I gotta say this is a really nice phone. Nothing wrong with it, and honestly looks brand new. Everything works good, so I'm impressed, and might consider buying refurbished in the future. This is my first refurbished. July 2025: I waited 4 months to give the phone a while before adding an update. This phone is the best. I do take care when opening and closing it to keep that hinge and screen protector around the crease in as good of condition I can. It still looks new. It runs great, and they extended the Android 16 update to the 2023+, so it's up to date, I think. I am so glad I bought this phone. I will come back in a few more months for another update. Fingers crossed for another good update. Accidents do happen. Btw, a case, and a belt clip that the case can fit into is the way I went. Double protection. Better safe than sorry. Oh. Okay this phone was disappointing from the start. Very glitchy functionality is terrible. For instance almost every time I tried to like continue or complete route on bottom on screen after using any navigation app it would not respond to touch. Many other instances where you have to restart apps to get them to function again. Frustrating to a disabled device. Never worked smoothly. Now it’s cracked, I lost money that’s stuck in my cash app too because cash app likes to steal your money if they can when you break your phone. Except I didn’t break this phone it broke itself. Just had it closed my my pocket and open it to see the crack through the middle of the screen. I told someone else and it also happened to their friend recently on friends folding screen. ... show more
