    • I Love This Phone!
The RAZR Flip is a really nice phone. Small, with a unique look. The battery life is decent but I understand why it's not great. I have always loved Motorola and I really wanted a RAZR for the longest time but the old RAZR's didn't really offer up all that many features. So I had to get a Samsung Blade instead. Finally I have a RAZR phone! The phone is easy to use and setup. The screen has a weird feel at certain points but you get uses to it. I understand why it has those bending points though. I really wish the upgraded RAZR 5G supported Verizon's 5G but it doesn't. So I will stick with this older version until Motorola upgrades that phone to support Verizon's 5G or they come out with the RAZR 3. The only thing I do not like about this phone is that it uses an ESIM and that it's locked to Verizon's network. So I can't simply swap a SIM and I can't use it with any other carrier. Those are the only things I think this phone fails on. Other then that, I would recommend this phone and especially Motorola. ... show more

UPDATE!! 08/18/22: The screen went black about two weeks out of warranty and the seller won't do ANYTHING about it. And I know it says 90 days but for $300 I expected a little better service. Unless you're going to get the Allstate warranty or something similar I wouldn't risk it with this company. I've been using the phone since April 22 and basically it's been nothing but grief. Okay I've been using the phone about a week now. There's a couple items worth noting: 1. It doesn't take a micro SD card.. that's on me for not checking before I bought the phone. 2. The battery life is not great. It doesn't last me a day. 3. The battery will get overheated at random with heavy use. Sometimes it overheats, sometimes it doesn't. 4. Some apps slow it wayyyy down and it will act glitchy. 5. It has the worst signal grab out of every phone I've had in recent years. On the upside, someone else's review said it doesn't open with one hand.. he must have very smol hands lol.. I open it with one hand a lot. The smaller size is great for pocket carriers. I love Motorola's UI and keyboard which is why I got this phone despite the issues because I'll never get another effing Samsung and this was the coolest phone Motorola has out at the moment. ... show more

I love these Motorola RAZR phones. This was my third one. Nothing wrong with the phone but currently waiting for a refund from this seller due to connectivity issue with Verizon. The report the seller received from Verizon notified the seller that there were no issues with the phone. Looks brand new, fully functional in excellent condition. HOWEVER... When I went to activate the refurbished phone I spent 8 HOURS over two days, 5 hours one night and 3 hours the next morning, on the phone, on hold or on chat lines with a total of nine different Verizon reps from different departments trying to figure out why this phone would not connect into the Verizon system. Finally on day two rep #8 told me that Verizon had placed a STOP on that phone and it would never be allowed to connect into the Verizon system. A STOP means the phone was either stolen, associated with an unpaid bill, or some other reason. The phone was basically illegal to sell even if the seller didn't know it. Verizon had to issue a $100 credit to my account for wasting 8 hours of my life and providing this seller with a report that indicated there was no issues with the phone. I lay all of this problem at Verizon's feet. The seller on the other hand has been absolutely professional, polite, prompt in their responses and has done everything they can to try to help with the situation. Amazon got things a little messed up for a while because they promised a shipping label and then didn't provide it. Eventually trying to resolve this situation I messaged the seller that I was just going to pay for the return shipping out of my pocket and the seller on their own decided to provide a shipping label for me. I cannot say enough of what a nice experience this has been dealing with this seller who was empathetic to the chaos I was thrown into by Verizon. If I could I would give them 10 Stars. They absolutely stepped up to get this resolved. ... show more

    • Worst phone ever!
I have received 5 total replacement phones and every single one of them went out. Do not buy this flip phone unless you don't use it much. They are Lemons! Most notably, after opening and closing the phone, being nice to the phone or not, the screen will go out. The inside screen will start to separate where the folds are. It will bubble up, go black, green or have very bright streaks running from top to bottom. The phone does not like to be opened and closed a bunch of times and screen will start to separate where the hinge is. It wills start on one side and grow all the way across the other. Black dots will appear out of nowhere and become bigger. Bright green dots will appear as well. 1-2 months for heavy use, 3-4 months with medium use and 6+ months for low use. It's a cool phone and the reality is that it's junk. I will never buy a Motorola Flip Phone again. Also - you are buying a $1000.00 retail phone for 100-200$ - not a new one...a refurbished one....one that broke and was repaired. I love the Amazon will refund you for it though :) Motorola - not so great....Amazon - Great! ... show more

It worked for me and I really like the many Google apps I could download onto it, but unfortunately I lost the phone so am no longer able to use it. I should have downloaded the app for locating my lost phone but didn't do it, but I would recommend doing so right away if you buy a cell phone over the internet. While there were overwhelmingly negative reviews of the phone, it did not stop me from purchasing it now it is in bargain sale. Definitely a steal this time. If you are looking for impressive specs, this is not the phone we recommend. But phone is a head turner and will still remain one of the most classiest device ever launched. It does the job well. While all folding phones are still considered fragile, I have my own worst experience with Samsung Galaxy flip in terms of quality control issues. Please note EVERYONE !! This is an INTERNATIONAL VERSION not a U.S. VERSION !! It is NOT compatible with the major US markets such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizos, Spectrum Visible, Mint, etc.! It also only has a small 2500milliamp battery making it only last 3 hours on a full charge !! It is upgradable to Android 11. Also if you use more than 50% of the storage it will lock up/freeze and grossly malfunction !! The back also gets EXTREMELY HOT when it freezes/ locks up !! No slot for SD card so you can’t expand the memory and no SIM card slot !! Why does Amazon sell a phone as bad as this one that can’t even be activated on any American phone carrier so all you can do with it is use it for a PDA !! Also barely connects to my WiFi network !! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED !! Would rate it a 0 if that was an option !! I’ve had to factory data reset it 3 times and had to start from scratch each time !!!!!! ... show more
