When I received this phone it was in mint condition. This phone is unlocked and works for Verizon and it also works for visible wireless which is owned by Verizon. If you're looking for a very good phone that is unlocked and works with Verizon then I would highly recommend this phone.

although I didn't receive a phone that was compatible with Boost Mobile, I am giving a five star rating for the customer service from this seller. the seller quickly tried to resolve the issue several times. eventually I wound up getting a refund because the phones just would not work with Boost Mobile. but the seller was prompt, patient and supportive in trying to get me the correct phone. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE: I have now learned that this phone- the Unlocked Verizon 'Moto One 5G UW Ace' is NOT CAPABLE of Wi-fi Calling unless it is used ONLY on a Verizon Network through Verizons own specific 'Wi-fi Calling' software. Also I purchased a phone advertised as 'excellent condition' but what I received was a phone with scratches on the screen and markings and scratches on the back cover. The seller 'Techriffic Deals' has terrible customer service and refuses to provide any reasonable partial refund for the defects. They told me I could return it OR get a Partial Refund. So I asked them to offer me a Partial Refund. I did what they asked and sent pictures..... After many repeated messages they only offered me a measly $10 refund. That is Unacceptable. And BIG WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY There are many other sellers out there with much better customer service. AVOID buying anything from this seller - TECHRIFIC DEALS you suck! ... show more
