  • Value for money
At its price (I bought at USD 79.99), I think the Moto Watch 100 has done a great job. It is beautiful and well made. The screen is clear, battery life is good. Of cox it has its drawback including not able to sync with Google Fit or Strava. No app can be installed since it is not running Wear OS. The built-in function is good enough for everyday use. ... show more

  • The only thing worse than this "watch" is the customer support! DO NOT BUY ONE!
I can't recommend against buying this pile of <junk> strongly enough, and the customer support is unbelievably bad as well. I have pointed out that the product is defective in that it looses the Bluetooth connection to a Moto phone, but they refuse to refund my purchase price. DO NOT BUY ONE!!!!! Bought one of these to use the fall monitoring for an elderly relative. The thing kept loosing the connection to the Bluetooth on a Motorola phone that it was never more than a few feet away from. Customer support for both the watch and the extra cost monitoring service was very bad. Minimum of 4 day turn around on questions, and usually their answer was something like "Ask the fall monitoring people" if it was Moto and "ask Moto" if it was the fall monitoring people. Probably because it was loosing the Bluetooth connection the battery life was only a few days. This device is not reliable enough to use as a life safety device, and it is too expensive for a cheap watch. And to top it off, it is completely unsupported for all practical purposes. My question for the monitoring folks and for Moto was "how do I get the system to make an audible alert on my phone when there is a fall. Their answers were wrong at first, and when I showed them that their answer was wrong, they pretty much went away. This describes both Moto and the monitoring service. ... show more

  • Almost love this
It's a very nice well operating watch! I love the look and design and it runs smoothly. The battery life is definitely not 14 days. I usually charge it every 2 to 3 days which is still pretty great. It charges fully in just an hour. My biggest complaint is that it says on here and on the moto website that it can be used to control your music. After a good amount of research I learned that they removed this feature stating that not enough of there customers were interested in this feature. While alone it doesn't sound like a big deal except it's one of the key features I was wanting in my smart watch. I would have never purchased it if I had known up front. And when It says the exact opposite on here why would I? Still it's a great looking comfortable watch that does it's job very well. If the information about it being able to control music was taken off here I wouldn't have any complaints. ... show more

  • does what i need for the pirce
I had to send the first one back for a replacement due to a software issue that made the watch permanently get stuck in update mode with the rocket ship screen. The replacement process was less painless than others i've done in the past. Now as for the watch itself. I was having troubles with it recording my sleep cycles but i found out that it's just my tossing and turning and nightmares that keeps it from thinking i'm actually asleep, other than this hiccup it works awesome. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for.
I guess I've been spoilt, my last 2 watches were WearOS and a lot more expensive. So this time I went cheaper but it's true that you get what you pay for. The watch is not as responsive to the touch. You can't interact with notifications, like respond to text messages or delete emails. I tried to use the timer, setting up a 24 minute timer you have to actually touch the + button 24 times, several times not responding to my touch, it was painful. I'm used to a wheel that you just drag around and set what you need very quickly. Oh, and I moved away from the timer to check a notification, and the timer was lost. This is the first time I've had one that monitors sleep cycles, so that's a plus. For that you have to wear the watch all night. Which is ok, except when you move in bed the screen keeps coming on like a bad flashlight, even though it is on do not disturb. The watch face doesn't have 'hot spots' where I can press for functions, which I miss. I've only had it for about a week so that's all I found so far, maybe I'll update this if I have more info. ... show more

  • Great watch!
I have enjoyed this watch for a few days. I am still getting use to it. I like all the features except that it does not allow downloading third party apps. If you have tattoos on your wrist--like me--then you have to slide the watch up your arm in order to check your heart rate or oxygen level as the watch does not scan through tattoos. An interesting but funny fact. It's a great watch and I am keeping it. ... show more

  • Terrible watch
Edit: Returned. Over the past 30 days, the watch got less and less useful. On the day I returned it, it was delaying notifications up to four hours before showing them. This watch is garbage. This is a terrible smartwatch. It tells time, but doesn't keep the display on. It tracks steps, and claims to track heart rate. But the sad excuse for an app fails to record any of these measurements. It does send notifications, but it send notifications for every single thing the Android system generates. There is no way to tell the watch which apps can send notifications to the watch, it's either all or nothing. ... show more
