Phone came in excellent condition. No visible scratches or signs of wear. The phone was packaged well and came with a charger and USB c cable. It does start up with the AT&T logo. I purchased the phone protection plan because these folded screens are known to break in the first year of use. It is a good phone but only time will tell on how durable it is. There are many fun features with this phone for taking photos and the option to use the outer smaller screen is nice but typing on the keys is not easy. It folds nicely into a small size but once you use a phone case it does become a little bulky. So far. I have not found a case that is as slim as I would like and still protect the device. I use the outer screen for listening to music or to take a call when Bluetooth is enabled to a headset. I have no problem surfing the web and watching movies on my phone. If you like to check your phone 20 times a day then this may not be the phone for you. I can almost guarantee a screen failure within a year from repeated opening and closing. If you are looking for a less bulky phone then this is a great option. You can access just about every app on the smaller screen as you can on the larger one but you do have to set up access to those apps. I like to set up my phone at a 45 angle and listen/watch the news on the smaller screen while working. For the price, this renewed phone is a great option. Battery life is good but the new screens sap the battery life. I am sure if you lower the brightness you can get a full day of use without a problem. I don't use phones for games so I could not tell you how it would do. It may be good for social media because you can keep the phone at a 45, place on a surface and see what your are filming on the smaller screen as you face the camera. No need to do the arm stretch selfie. Also has a timer that does a countdown on the small screen to let you know when the photo will be taken. ... show more

Absolutely love this phone ! Work every penny I ended up getting it unlocked and making it aesthetic like and the camera quality is amazing many people love iPhone for the camera well this phone have the camera and really awesome display I would highly recommend it if wanting to leave Apple and it comes with a case and pre installed screen protector and a turbo charger that charges so fast I was worried I was not gonna like it and I was right I LOVE THIS PHONE the condition it arrived in was amazing and phone is fully functional so if you need this push I am tell you do it I truly love it ( the case I have on currently is not the case that comes with it ) ... show more

Update on this device After paying for an unsuccessful unlock service on this phone, that magically took 30 days to fail, I decided to activate it on AT&T, it is a great phone and all, no dice, this phone had a balance owed on it, and not even AT&T will allow it on their network, it is an expensive paper weight. Unfortunately the return window was over when I discovered this, once again on me, but wow, I really expected better. I recently bought one of these, and it is an excellent phone in like new condition, not a single scratch, mark or defect of any kind. The price varies, so keep an eye on that. It is locked to ATT, which is a problem for me, I use TMobile, I won't take a star or even complain, I was in a hurry and didn't notice, it was clear in the description, I don't understand how that could be a valid complaint. ... show more

After using flip phones for the past 10 years, I am quite impressed with this new "smart" phone. It came ready to use. all I had to do was install my SIM card and I was up-and-running. There are many features that will need to get used to, but the "flip" features are still handy for me. I am annoyed by the amount of "ads" that come with the installed apps that I don't need, but the phone features sync very well with my other devices. Transferred in 1 hour wireless. Much better color and sound (both sides have speakers) than my Moto Edge 2021. Folds nicely, case and exterior screen protector totally necessary. Runs great and crisp, updated to android 14 and lots of features to try out. Go for the PLUS. It's light and easy to use. I HAD TO REPLACE THE MODEL BECAUSE THE SCREEN GETS A WRINKLE THIS IS THE SECOND ONE THAT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. Overall a great phone but couldn't get it unlocked from network, went into AT&A store and allowed them to unlock it for me, them being told I got screwed on it. Camera is amazing quality, both screens have amazing picture quality and super small to use. I had a bad experience with the original Moto razr. It was a Verizon locked phone and I couldn't activate a plan on it. I even went to the Verizon store and they couldn't activate it either. It was a $200 mistake. This one was also sim locked but to at&t. I used a USB C to C cable and loaded all my data from my old phone to the new one. It even transferred my sim info to the new razrplus. Set up, actually usable for making phone calls and I've been in love ever since. I'm not going to make like the battery life is something amazing, it's not. But it has enough power to last me all day long and if I'm on my phone all day it won't make it, but that's what my power bank is for. ... show more
