Be aware of this built in malware, and take it to someone who can identify this before you enter your info, with passwords, etc. phone was in Verizon format; not awful, but not completely unlocked. Beware!! There is a back door link to gather all your info for passwords, etc. Fortunately, my friend was able to delete it and then reboot to enter his info. Seller was in Reston, Va., Now that I am aware of these things, There is no reason to trust resellers of digital goods who can access your info. through these backdoor links they control and have access to! Phone is fine though. works as expected. Seller is highly suspect, and I never thought this would happen or was possible! ... show more

The phone was in excellent condition, and had it set up and running within minutes after the full charge. There were no manuals but that is fine since I knew it was refurbished and I found plenty of help online. Packaged well and received on date indicated.
