El teléfono funciona muy bien, excepto por la batería, máximo, con poco uso, dura 18 horas. El resto según las especificaciones.

  • Great phone
Great phone. Got it for the audio, Bluetooth and wifi specs. The support updates are also a plus from Motorola. The only minor issue is that the phone seems to show wireless charging capability but this particular model doesn't. After a quick search of the Motorola support site, another customer also had issues with wireless charging and per Motorola, this is possibly due to it being a Costa Rica model which doesn't have wireless support. If no wireless charging is a deal breaker, you should look elsewhere. If not, this is a great phone. ... show more

  • a feature-packed bargain
Color: Gray
MAY 26, 2025 UPDATE: the android 15 update arrived about a month ago, and the battery life has significantly improved, which i am very happy to see. i am upgrading my review from 3 stars to 5. i will leave my review below unedited for posterity, but note that the battery life is not an issue anymore i've been using this phone for about a week now, and have gotten to try most of what it has to offer. there is a lot to like here, BUT there is one very big issue with it that single-handedly makes me hesitant to recommend it. i'll start with the good aspects: - display: despite being IPS LCD, the screen still looks very good. nice colors, and the options for extra dimming are a nice addition to make up for not getting as dark as an OLED. the 120Hz refresh rate is very pleasing as well - feature set: while i was comparing phones, this one ticked almost all of my boxes - wifi 6e, eSIM, aptx, side-button fingerprint, expandable storage, and a flat screen. so far this phone has not let me down in these regards. - responsiveness: apps open quickly and generally the phone feels pretty snappy despite being a midrange device. i have not tried gaming though, nor is that really a focus for me, so your mileage may vary if you plan on doing any sort of intensive 3D gaming or emulation - fingerprint sensor: the sensor for fingerprints is very fast. i have had very few instances where i had to reposition my thumb slightly for it to work, but on the whole it seems to work very well for the most part - fast charging: the included Motorola charger for this phone charges the phone very quickly, as expected of a fast charger. the phone does get quite warm though. - unlocked bootloader: the bootloader is able to be unlocked via developer settings, which gives me hope that eventually we will see custom ROM support (LineageOS hopefully!) - OS: Motorola's flavor of Android, MyUX, is very close to stock Android, and is absolutely packed with features and useful gestures. the OS is snappy and doesn't feel weighed down or slow. - price: the price of this phone is very compelling at ~$250, especially with all the features it comes with. - first-time setup: this was fast, streamlined and easy. i was up-and-running in minutes, and transferring my apps was a breeze. decent: - camera: the built-in cameras are decent. definitely nowhere near as good as flagships known for their high-quality cameras of course, but the images are more than serviceable and capture details fine enough, you'll be fine with these if a super good camera isn't a concern for you. if you want to squeeze a bit more out of these cameras though, i compared between Motorola's included camera app and a gcam port - the gcam port yielded better images, which was to be expected as gcam & its ports are generally known for this unknown: - software updates: this phone is only a few months old, so we haven't really had a chance to see how good it is in this regard. Motorola has pledged 5 major Android updates + 6 years of security patches. as of writing (March 2025), the phone ships with Android 14 and that is still the latest version available for this phone, despite Android 15 having been out since September 2024. i am hoping we see A15 very soon. - wireless charging: i was unable to test this, as the model that i received (and to my knowledge is the only model that is being sold here on Amazon at the moment) is the Costa Rica/Latin America model, which does NOT include wireless charging support. a bit of a bummer but i can live without it. because of this, though, that means i was not able to test it. and thus despite this phone being advertised as having wireless charging, i am not able to provide information on this aspect of the device bad: - preinstalled bloatware: out-of-the-box, you are greeted with a plethora of unwanted games and apps. the majority of these are simple to uninstall, but i always dislike when phones come with bloat, so i have to take points away for this. - BATTERY LIFE: this is the big thing that stops me from flat-out recommending this phone. maybe others have a different experience, and i would be very eager to hear others experience with this, but i am going to chalk this up to Motorola's OS just being bad at battery management. with a 5000mAh charger and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, which is considered to be an efficient chip, you would think that battery life on this phone would be pretty good. however, this has not been my experience at all. the battery drain is quite excessive when the screen is on, even after disabling features of the device in a desperate attempt to achieve acceptable battery life: - disabling apps & debloating via adb - disabling useful gestures that rely on sensors - setting as many apps to "Restricted" battery usage as possible - using approx. location scanning instead of precise - installing an app to enforce doze mode - lowering the screen brightness - limiting refresh rate to 60Hz i was finally able to see some slight improvements by flat-out disabling location and account syncing (the latter of which means no automatic email notifications, it must be done manually), but if you need to disable this many features just to get acceptable screen-on time/mixed battery life, that's a failure in my book. permanently enabling android's power saver mode like i have seen suggested by others online is not an acceptable option either. my almost-5-year-old and extensively used OnePlus 8 feels better in terms of battery life, despite being that old AND having a smaller battery. i REALLY hope Motorola improves on this with updates, as i really enjoy most of the other aspects of this phone. i will keep playing around with it, though, in the hopes of maybe finding a good middleground between functionality and battery life. TLDR: great display, solid feature set, fast and responsive performance, close-to-stock android with useful extras, and an attractive ~$250 price point. however, despite all the pros, the battery life is very poor even after heavy tweaking—making it hard to fully recommend. ... show more
