It’s a great phone. Unfortunately mint mobile says it’s not compatible. Which I don’t understand since it’s currently unlocked. But assigned to T-mobile which mint mobile uses the T mobile network. The phone came with a card telling what to say to a carrier to activate it? Mint insists it’s not compatible. I have to return it. To get something else. The moto, G 5G and the moto G 55 worked fine on Mint, but they insist the G 05 is not compatible with Mint. What a shame! ... show more

Pros: Very nice phone loaded with features for its price point. Cons: This phone does not work with T-Mobile Cellular Services in the United States even tho a card comes with the phone stating it will work. I went to 3 different T-Mobile locations, and the phone could not be activated as its an international model operating on a different cell band / frequency. ... show more

I bought this for someone who has Assurance Wireless as their carrier. I was able to activate it for them with no issues. So far the call, & video quality is good. I don't feel the processor is fast enough for running too many apps, and the camera works well. They're only using it for calls though. The color is gorgeous, and it comes with a case which is good. I believe all smartphones in 2025 should be faster. Minimum 6GB of ram standard. This phone is great, but it is slow and laggy. If they up the ram on the cheaper devices, it would be great. They are "SMARTphones" after all. My family are scattered. I am using it with a Digicel SIM for St. Lucia and Martinique and I have a 2nd SFR SIM for France and French Guiana.
