  • Bang for the buck
I'm currently trying my best to empty my bank accounts due to life events. I recently broke my previous phone and settled on this phone. The overall specs and price tag provide a lot of bang for the buck. This phone also works well as a phone. I've had many smartphones where the phone functionality must have been an after thought. I hear callers loud and clear now. My only complaint is that it's huge. I'm becoming an old man and I don't need all the special effects at my fingertips. I want something that fits in my palm and allows me to log all the birds on the Merlin app. The phone itself did come with lots of extras that needed to be uninstalled. That wasn't a particularly tough feat. ... show more

  • 30 day use review
30 day usage review: I bought this phone from Cellmigo and fulfilled by Amazon and it looks practically brand new. Followed the other reviews stating not to put in SIM card until you can't proceed anymore and it's currently working on Cricket Wireless (In my case I got to the phones home screen then I put in the SIM). Phone came with the accessories it's supposed to (USB-C to USB-C cable, SIM remover, and the stylus) so make sure you have something to plug the cable into. My reminder app doesn't really work unless I restart the phone every day but I don't know if that's a problem with the phone itself or the app so no stars off. ... show more

  • DID I GET THE DEFECTIVE PHONE OR ARE THEY ALL LIKE THIS
I am extremely disappointed about this phone I purchased as I was really looking foward to the phone. To simpliy put it , the phone does not turn on at all. Instead when I power it up like a regular phone would , the phone as displays the introduction screen with the carrier information and green lines on the screen. The packaging was also damaged with the box not sealed and all together would like an immediate refund. I am willing to send the phone back as this phone is junk ... show more

  • Solid mid-range, quality refurbishment, GREAT battery life
IT IS UNLOCKED! When you first turn it on, it will seem like it is locked down to AT&T. It is not. Go through the initial setup and ignore when it tells you to insert your sim card. Then, put the sim card in AFTER the initial setup. The phone is delivered with a note explaining this. It will come with some AT&T software and you will see an AT&T splash screen every time you restart, but your sim card will work fine and you can disable/uninstall that software. I saw some reviews complaining about it supposedly not being unlocked, so it seemed important to address The phone arrived quickly and in good condition. No visible cracks, scratches, dents, anything Battery is in good health, and easily lasts the entire day with moderate use. I only charged it to 80% and with about 5 hours of active use today with various tasks (watching videos/movies/tv, video calls, texting, reading, music, navigation, some light gaming, and a lot of downloading) it is sitting at 47%. The average person uses their phone for about 4.5-5 hours a day. That is 33% discharge for a full day's use. There are a couple overcharge protection features which I find quite cool as a tech nerd, but others may find annoying. They can both be easily turned off (but I would advice against that because they really do help preserve your battery's health. Just my two cents) Using the phone, it feels smooth and responsive. I never feel like I'm having to wait for something to load or register my input. It did shove a bit of bloatware on me (even beyond the AT&T stuff), but it was all easily uninstalled/disabled. The screen is very good looking. Great color depth, plenty bright, and it's not a dust/fingerprint magnet! The microphone and speakers are both decent. Nothing mind blowing, but it doesn't sound horrible. Same goes for the cameras. The plastic frame doesn't evoke the kind of "premium" feel that a metal one would, but this isn't a flagship phone and it seems durable. The buttons all feel sturdy and have good travel. I do quite like the pleather back! I've had zero connectivity issues with wi-fi, bluetooth, cell service/data, and NFC. I really like the stylus, even if it's just a simple capacitive one and not a fancy active stylus. It adds some good functionality and it's quite intuitive to use. I particularly enjoy the handwriting calculator, it is surprisingly versatile. Overall, this phone is a joy to use and a much appreciated upgrade from my old one. And a steal for the price! Plus it still has a headphone jack? In 2024? LOVE Pros: - Snappy and responsive - GREAT battery life - Beautiful bright display - Built-in stylus - Headphone jack - Expandable storage Cons: - Meh cameras - Only 3 years of security updates - No buttons on the stylus - IP52 rating means you have to be a bit more careful around water - Not super powerful, may not be suitable for heavy gaming It's a very solid, affordable, mid-range phone, and I'm glad I bought it! But don't expect it to knock your socks off (except for the battery life, that's pretty crazy) ... show more

  • Great phone at a great price
I am very happy with this phone. It was in like new condition and I was able to connect it to my visable (a verizon company) with ease. It does say that you have to put an att sim card at the begining of setup, but just skip over that part and then it will ask you again for a sim card later on in the setup process. It is NOT a locked phone. It is a fabulous phone :) ... show more

it took a Google search to figure out how to activate my MetroPCS SIM in this unlocked AT&T phone but I got it done through my Metro app. super easy and this phone is great. only problem I'm having is with pictures transferred in my messages that I loaded for my old device, they are all blank. they're saved in my photos but I thought that was kind of weird. ... show more

  • So far so good
Please read the reviews. I had reservations if how it came in a plain white box., but others had Motorola box. Here we go!. It does comes unlock. It did operate under AT&T. I'm with Xfinity. I read where one of the reviews said do not input your sims card when they first ask. Just skip where it says that. When you can't go any further without submitting Sims card, THEN PUT IN PHONE. EVERYTHING ELSE IS SELF EXPLANATORY.. I was worried after reading an Xfinity viewer took there's to the store. I hate going into store. They take forever. Screen quality is fine. 3rd moto of same.always have to adjust sound quality. I'm still manuevering learning again. It is easy to use, . Xfinity was doubling the price of the same phone. So the value of this phone was awesome. It did come with a plug 🔌 in charger, which I'm grateful 🥲 for I don't think none of these batteries hold up well. But the battery charges quickly . Another thing, I bought for 152.00. Why is it that it's at &142.00? It's in the 40's. But I still got a great deal ... show more
