The price dropped about $100 so I decided to get myself the first new phone I've had in 4 years. The screen is noticeably better quality; with better color, and brighter, and its 120Hz refresh provides smooth video. The screen tech is the same as the top-tier iPhone & Samsung models. I have At and t. Works great. Personally I don't like it as much as I thought I would. Photos suck and it's what I used most on vacation. My scrapbook is all my daughter's photos. Her phone is great, just out of my price range. But, if connection and screen clearity is most important for you, it is a great buy. This was an excellent item at a good price. I am quite pleased with this phone. Transferring information from my old 32 gig phone to this one went smoothly. The tech had no problems. If needed, I would buy again from seller. Although refurbished, it works well.

    • Don't Buy Keyboard Permanently Tiny!!

This is the worst phone on the market for one reason only and that is that the keyboard is itsy bitsy teenie weenie 347 inch by an inch and a half and then characters are so small you can't even hit them correctly because the keyboard is tiny. Settings doesn't help because it doesn't tell you to enlarge the keyboard it wants you to put it in the screen and if you do that then it covers up the email or text that you're trying to return so you can't even see who you're talking to and what you're saying because the keyboard covers everything and it's useless because it's floating and any little jar and it moves and then you hit the wrong key it's a failed failed failed example of cell phone that don't work! This is an embarrassment to Motorola and they should be ashamed of themselves for producing something that is non-functional only to take your money and you can't even use it!! Now I have to cancel my service and shop for a whole new phone and that's a waste of time and energy that a person who is in a hospital bed and disabled with the use of only one arm / hand add two fingers working! ... show more

So far I love it, the stylus works great for art and the phone is very pleasent when scrolling. I would say the speed and picture quality is good. I don't know how durable it is but I'm not testing my money so I bought a phone case to go with it. It's definitely got a lot of settings and stuff but overall easy to setup. If it works this well in two years after being used then I'd say a very solid phone👌 ... show more
