    • Phone 10/10 even though it's locked with Verizon
I accidentally ordered these instead of the UNLOCKED versions. Had I been with Verizon I would have kept them. The phones 10/10 looked like new in the box with all its accessories. (I don't know if the sim card key was there for the tray as I had one out and didn't look for it) but regardless. $75 for such a great durable phone is a great deal. You can't beat that. I purchased one back when they first came out. Now I'm buying another to replace my broken one (I stepped on it and it didn't break, I accidentally threw it at the wall instead of my chancla trying to hit a fly) and another for my kid. These phones are durable. If you get one in the condition I received these I KNOW you will not be disappointed. I hate that I couldn't keep them. I also had to reach out to customer service because apparently some apps hate me and I couldn't figure it out. Amazon had the seller reach out to me and they did within a reasonable time. They were kind and helpful. P.S. I've always loved the quality of the camera hence why I decided to buy one just like what I need replaced. And don't get me started on the big storage (I go to concerts often so good pics and videos are great but having the space to save 10+ videos from 5 different concerts each without having to sacrifice apps) ... show more

    • Junk. Mass confusion. Not worth a dime.
I don't like this phone. It does what it wants with there seems no remedy. It's not just one thing, say adjusting the amount of light or the volume or any other thing in particular, it's about everything. And I can't keep up with managing settings to prevent it's changing my preferences. That's not all of the problems either. Straight talk could not activate it correctly. Not to begin with and not eventually either. I spent several weeks trying to get it to recognize its own number. It turned out it came without a sim card so I bought one. Which by some rare error was the same number as the sim card in my old phone. So I bought another sim card. Better, but still not right and it didn't improve much after repeated attempts to activate it with help from Straight Talk. Now I get messages on the old phone but not on the new one. And phone calls on the new one with a new number which was not my choice. I didn't want a new number. When I need help logging in to one account or another my identity can't be verified because I can't get a message on the new phone due to it being the "wrong" number. I know I'm not explaining this very well but its the best in can do. I just really don't think this thing is a very good product. It flunks outright in fact. I can't buy another new phone for a few months but when I do it won't be a Motorola. ... show more

So far the best AFFORDABLE Android phone with plenty of space for apps and games. I buy these like plugs buy trap phones. As long you buy the protective case and screen it is a durable phone easily managed and sorted through.

    • STOLEN BRICK!!! STAY AWAY!
After reading this, BRICK is "inspected, tested, and refurbished as necessary to be fully functional," I thought this was a good deal for a replacement for my girlfriend's Moto 7. Please note that I am referring to the phone as a BRICK. Nonfunctional. We contacted Verizon to connect to the service to the BRICK. I even called Motorola to verify that it was a Verizon carrier phone. They confirmed it was a Verizon carrier phone. After calling Verizon and being on a landline for 45 minutes AND visiting a third-party Verizon store near me, it was determined that the phone was BLACKLISTED by Verizon because it was STOLEN!!!! Therefore, Verizon will NOT connect the BRICK (phone) to its service. On top of this, I used my and my girlfriend's SIM card in this BRICK (phone). Suddenly, the SIM cards became "SOS" by Verizon. SOS - Suspend of Service At the third-party store, I was there for 45 minutes with them and Verizon on their phone to unlock my SOS SIM card. Amazon, next time, you should make sure these phones work with YOUR SIM card and connect to the carrier. I call BS on being tested. Just because it lights up does not mean it works on the service. Sidenote: The wonderful UMIDIGI phones will not connect to Verizon. Verizon told her they would not support these phones. ... show more

Don't know if its a bad phone or it's just slow as crap! Love the phone but it takes forever to do anything, gaming is not even doable.Do not recommend this phone for regular users.
