Falsely advertised as an "unlocked" phone. It is a Tracphone specific model and can't be flashed with universal firmware. Amazon support offered little help and the seller wouldn't take the return. STAY AWAY from this seller. The phone itself is a decent device for teenagers, as long as you get an actually unlocked model. The charge speed is decent and battery lasts all day but if you were on it doing battery draining apps, I am not sure how fast the battery would go down. These devices are not at all what I would consider in "excellent"(renewed) condition. chips in the finish, scratches on the screen, one came with a broken stylus. BUYER BEWARE.

I am very pleased with the Moto G Stylus. I had bought another "unlocked" phone that stated it was compatible with all major U.S. Carriers, well, that doesn't include Spectrum, which, you'd think it would since they use the Verizon network if I am not mistaken

    • Phone works but was wrong, seller not recommended
The phone is definitely a step up from my Moto G Play 2023 backup (cracked my S25 Ultra and can't replace it yet). It's a bit snappier, with a little less lag. The device seemed almost new as far as the condition goes. Battery came in at 1%, so I had to charge it. Transferring data was actually quite seamless from the previous phone. If the right device had come (unlocked, 128GB storage), I might have kept this device. It says clearly on the listing and description it's supposed to be 128GB and unlocked, but it came to me with Tracfone software support (seemingly locked to Tracfone) even though it does seem compatible with my carrier US Mobile. Regarding the stylus part: it is kind of a metal-looking mesh, not one of those plastic nibs like the S pens have. I don't mind not having the pressure sensitivity, but it isn't nearly as precise in terms of the writing itself. For what I paid, I guess that's to be expected. The price was too good to pass up, so I bought it. Since it's not what I was told I was getting, I am sending it back. ... show more
