I can't speak to the item but beware of seller. They claim this was and unlocked phone but when I put in a T-Mobile SIM card it said it would not work with this phone because it has to be activated to a Verizon account. This does me no good so I'm sending it back

It's a refurbished item that I bought , it does it job, basic calling and apps are working well, sometimes glitches while opening chrome app. Big plus is battery life. Camera quality is good, but if you shake the picture is not clear

Please be aware that while the physical SIM card was indeed unlocked, the eSIM was locked to T-Mobile. I called the T-Mobile customer care number shown in the picture, but was only directed to visit a physical store. I went to a T-Mobile store, but they couldn’t resolve the issue. In the end, I had to return the phone. That said, other than the eSIM issue, the phone itself worked perfectly. Bought two Motorola Moto G 5G 2024 Used - Good phones. One has a very light scratch on the upper screen; hardly noticeable; otherwise, they look and perform like new. Great deal for $95 phones. Updated my wife out of the stone age (2018 phone) and updated my Moto also. Inexpensive enough I bought wife a far better phone than she needs, but then I have two identical phones, making setup easier. I've always had Moto phones and like the quality for the price.
