Wireless4cheap08 sold this phone to me. Screen randomly becomes unresponsive. It can stay unresponsive for random amounts of time, several minutes or longer at times. Phone is 100% trash, since the reason I have carried my phone everywhere for years is because I have a medical condition, and I want to be able to call for help if necessary. The company obviously does not test phones well enough. I already have a phone that becomes randomly unresponsive...and it cost about $50 brand new. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel. going crazy looking for case and kept buying wrong ones because amazon put the wrong year in the Ad. this a 2020 not a 2021 which is disappointing as i was buying this phone to replace a 2021 phone that had a cracked screen. other than that its a good phone if you own a Motorola they make it easy to transfer pics and apps right onto the new phone in like 5 mins. its a nice looking screen still and has a lot of features, my only 2 regrets were being deceived by the yr and the battery life isn't as long as my 2021 edge was. but its a good phone for the price ... show more

I basically picked this phone as a replacement to my Samsung Galaxy A52. (Long story) I did alot looking into different phones that were around the same price range and had similar or better cameras. I really like the cameras on this phone. The screen is so nice looking, but I worry it can get cracked. So got a case and screen protector. The sound for speakers are loud, that is a bonus. The feel of it is soild too. Customization for the phone (apps and layout) not as great as Samsung's, but I can deal with that downgrade. I am sad no Micro SD card slot. But the built in space should be good. Will post an update after a few months of use. ... show more

It was a good phone when I had them. I bought two at the same time 18 months ago. Today Both phones completely shut off and we're not work at all. They both stopped working about 3 hours away from each other. What are the odds?

I tried charging the phone on a tower charger, plugged into the wall receptacle-both with the charger supplied with the phone, plugged into the USB slot on the tower charger, and plugged into my computer--which didn't even show it. I tried pushing the power button in each of these attempts. Nothing. I had to return it. I gave it one star because I had to, if zero was available, I would use it. This is a disappointment, the vendor should have checked this before offering it for sale. ... show more
