This phone is replacing my Note 20 Ultra 5G with Verizon that I can't seem to stop breaking! I have made an Asurion claim for that phone a total of 4 times in 1 year. I am glad I spent the extra $70 over the other brands/models because this phone is almost exactly like my Note 20 except for the camera processor and fancy screen, of course. Other than that, it has had no problem keeping up with me on the setup. I am an avid Android user since they were even a thing and let me tell you this has everything you need except for an expandable SD slot but the internal memory is more than enough. The battery... phenomenal. Switching it over to my SIM card was as simple as putting it into the slot. Verizon recognized it immediately and I was ready to go without needing to call or go into the store. If you are like me and looking for an inexpensive alternative while not cheaping out on capability, this phone is for you. Motorola does include a bunch of bloatware (useless apps u didn't ask for) but just make sure to uninstall the ones you can and disallow any auto-updates for those apps. They had same day shipping available for me even at 12:30am and it was at my door by 8:30pm. Amazing! Especially for a like-new refurb. Highly recommend using GoDev Volume Booster because the speaker isnt very loud from the factory. Buy it! ... show more

Works well for the most part only issue was hearing on calls for some reason people have a hard time hearing me on this phone so I have to put it on speaker constantly. Other than that it's a great phone especially for the price.

I have bought this phone TWICE in LESS than a year! Good thing it is cheap. Then again....you get what you pay for. Battery life wasn't great. It got hot a lot. Performance was good. Camera was good. Sound was ok. Speed wasn't that great but it's not like it's a high end phone either. Both times I got this phone, it stops charging and then gets to the point where it won't power back on. This phone is not worth the money. Spend a little extra money and get a good dependable phone that you can rely on. Don't get caught in an emergency situation with this phone. Excellent phone for a great price. A little glitchy at startup but I was asking a lot of it at once. Other than a small startup hiccup everything runs great. Screen camera and body of phone were in good condition. Phone was slightly out of box but still within bubble wrap upon arrival, a scary first impression but upon closer inspection no issues.
