For the price and being a 2021 phone, this is a great deal. I only bought this to use while I send my Pixel in for repair. Moving around the menus and the apps is smooth and snappy. Camera and screen are more than good enough. My only negatives would be all of the garbage games that were installed, there were a lot of them. Renewed garbage! Glitches, boots you from apps, Wi-Fi calling does not work, finger print only works half the time. Camera is crap half the time. Speaker is not great. Blue tooth cuts out. Not worth the price! Top of the screen is separating. I rated 1 star because I had to rate something.

Replaced my son's cracked-screen phone with this. Cheaper than repair would cost. Blessing in disguise: He says the camera is better (very good!) and sings this thing's praises. Does everything a $pendy Samsung (or Apple) phone does for a fraction the cost. If something (knock on wood) happens to this one, it's not like I'm out serious cash. ... show more

    • Perfect temporary phone for those of us with butterfingers
This phone is replacing my Note 20 Ultra 5G with Verizon that I can't seem to stop breaking! I have made an Asurion claim for that phone a total of 4 times in 1 year. I am glad I spent the extra $70 over the other brands/models because this phone is almost exactly like my Note 20 except for the camera processor and fancy screen, of course. Other than that, it has had no problem keeping up with me on the setup. I am an avid Android user since they were even a thing and let me tell you this has everything you need except for an expandable SD slot but the internal memory is more than enough. The battery... phenomenal. Switching it over to my SIM card was as simple as putting it into the slot. Verizon recognized it immediately and I was ready to go without needing to call or go into the store. If you are like me and looking for an inexpensive alternative while not cheaping out on capability, this phone is for you. Motorola does include a bunch of bloatware (useless apps u didn't ask for) but just make sure to uninstall the ones you can and disallow any auto-updates for those apps. They had same day shipping available for me even at 12:30am and it was at my door by 8:30pm. Amazing! Especially for a like-new refurb. Highly recommend using GoDev Volume Booster because the speaker isnt very loud from the factory. Buy it! ... show more
