Reserved rating it a five because I could not activate my line on it.
The phone itself was great, and Motorola is my preferred brand when it's comes to mobile devices, sadly in this case my service provider was unable to activate my secondary line on this phone. Their claims were that the phone was locked in spite of the product description stating it was unlocked, so i'm guessing my service representatives were just undertrained or incompetent. I didn't really get to try out the phone to give specifics on the product but anyone that knows Motorola knows it to be an awesome mobile phone brand. The feel of the phone was great, as was the weight. I rated it a three for the simple fact of the inability to activate my line on it.

No expandable storage
Great looking phone nice and stylish but doesn't have expandable storage you're stuck ala iPhone style...you have to go to your phone provider like MetroPCS to use its service for a small fee. You get security and firmware updates to android 15 awesome features powerful camera, dolby atmos speakers (loud ASF). Has hearing aid support which it's a plus waiting for the next edge with expandable storage.. Ps it even has marshmallow blue cologne smell!!

Phone does not state that it's not compatible for U.S customers. Yet being sold in the U.S.A What a big inconvenience!
