The he phone was in great shape half an far as being scratch free and having an excellent screen. The part that was NOT great was that, even though this was supposed to be a 'refurbished' device, clearly the battery was not addressed at all. The original capacity of the battery would have been between 4516 and 4800 mAh. The capacity of the battery in the phone I received was calculated to be 3295 mAh. This is something like 68.5-73% of the design capacity. Needless to say, my battery does NOT last all day with the type of use I put the phone to. Not very happy. ... show more

It's a phone. Battery life is horrible. If you are on your phone for work most of the day I recommend getting a battery pack to keep this thing charged up. I've also experienced a lot of glitches to touch screen. It gets frustrating

    • Battery quality and QA is questionable
Phones lookngood, but first one received had a USB port that would barely stay plugged in, and battery seemed to discharge quickly. (Wasn't sure if loose USB port impact the charging) Had to return it for replacement. Second phone had proper USB port but battery seems to discharge very quickly compared to two other phones of this same model that were factory new. (This phone should be able to make it all day on a charge, but these refurbished ones don't. And yes, I turned the refresh rate down.) Not impressed with the quality of the 'refurbishment' or quality control on these, I've had much better luck buying used on Swappa. Will not buy a refurbished phone from Amazon again after this experience. ... show more

    • Software ruins phone
Phone is almost unusable. It comes with some preloaded software that you can't remove. I hope you like Temu commercials. At first I had zero bars anywhere. It did a software update and I finally had cell service. It came with a 25% charge and took over 6 hours to reach 100%. Every day it does another software update. Even when it doesn't, my Calender and Clock widgets disappear every time it's been inactive for a while. I have to put the widgets back up so often that I've stopped bothering. As soon as my new phone comes in, I'm returning this one. Connectivity is so so. ... show more
