The seller gets 5 stars because the phone arrived on time, brand new, and activated. It was up and running after I transferred my SIM card. The phone itself is very glitchy. White screens, slow, shuts down occasionally. Not the best Motorola smart phone.

All the phone I needed and for thousands of dollars less than others. The phone comes loaded with lots of apps. I took mine to AT & T office to transfer data, but I'm happy.

I take full responsibility for not researching this model more. But I wanted an Android, didn't want to spend too much, and just plain needed a non-fancy phone. Be careful what you ask for. This model is slow, awkward, and almost too basic. I should probably have returned it, but I spent all day updating it and getting a clean set up that now I'll just deal with it. I have AT&T prepaid service because that's the best I can get where I live, so options are limited. Guess I should be thankful that it works. But I can not recommend this phone. Update: Had to return the phone as it completely stopped working after about a month. It froze and when I finally got it to factory reset, it never worked properly again. ... show more
