The seller gets 5 stars because the phone arrived on time, brand new, and activated. It was up and running after I transferred my SIM card. The phone itself is very glitchy. White screens, slow, shuts down occasionally. Not the best Motorola smart phone.

This phone was easy for me to set up and use with wifi. Took it to the Att store to get my sim card paired up with it and the clerk there made sure it was working correctly. Easy to use and large enough that I won't drop it! Price was right Great for a senior woman!

Do not buy this phone. I liked the moto brand 10 years ago but this one stay glitching and froze up. I constantly have to turn it off. The touch screen will just not recognize my touch. If I open more than one app at a time it closes everything out.

If you’re heavy handed with phones like my mom is this phone is NOT for you it stopped working after a week,I don’t know what she did to it. Everything else really basic and simple nice 👍🏽
