I purchased the Motorola Moto Razr 2023 based on the promise it was "unlocked." Unfortunately, it arrived locked to Boost Mobile and completely unusable I attempted to unlock it from Paraguay, wasting time and money, but it was impossible. The most frustrating part is that Amazon offers no viable solution for international buyers. The return process involves short deadlines, high shipping costs, and logistics that simply don’t work abroad. Trying to contact Amazon is another dead-end. You’re met with automated responses and a chatbot that lacks any real tools or empathy. No one actually reviews your case. The entire experience exposes a lack of transparency, consumer respect, and accountability from both the seller and the platform. In short, it’s a frustrating purchase, filled with misleading advertising, no real support for the customer, and a bureaucracy designed to confuse, avoid responsibility, and keep your money without acknowledging the damage caused. An amazing phone. Compared to my Galaxy FlipZ the Razr I s better. Had an issue but if support had told me to wait a minute after I set the phone up there would not have been a return/replacement done. Henry from the seller contact after me instantly and told me what to do after I set the time home up , wait a minute and it would register with AT&T, it did. Could have avoided the issue that the phone said it had. If Amazon support has told me this I could have avoided that whole issue. Thank You Henry for letting you ur assistance ... show more

Good phone. I like the folding aspect, it satisfies my desire for less intrusive tech. Outside screen can be finicky, like not showing messages while in do not disturb mode, or turning off too quickly. Could also be smaller and slimmer yet. But very usable.
