The product arrived with a dead battery that will not charge. Two batteries were included so I'm hoping we can limp along. I would like to receive a replacement battery. However, apparently my only option is to order a replacement for the entire motorized pool float. The replacement will not arrive in time for us to use it for a family celebration. I tried to purchase a battery on Amazon as well as at a national battery retail store. Neither carries the same one that came with the tube.
