I'm a new rider who found the perfect jacket for street riding. I had a few criteria I wanted a jacket to meet before I purchased it, and this meets all my expectations. First, I wanted something that will protect me in case of a fall. It comes with protection on the back, shoulders, and elbows. (Haven't fallen yet, will update in the event I do.) Second, I wanted something that looks stylish (I did not want to be judged on the streets lol). So far ,I have been wearing it not only as my riding jacket, but also just to keep me warm these past few days. Wearing it on daily errands was comfortable, and I got quite a few compliments as well. Third, I wanted something that was in my budget. I scoured the Internet to find motorcycle jackets that fit my criteria, but also fairly priced. From my experience, you cannot find a better steal than this. Lastly, I needed something that was going to fit nicely. There are 3 points of adjustment to either tighten or loosen the wrist area, waist, and forearm. I would say it's true to size.But if you're not sure, I would order a size up because the adjustment points allow for it to feel more snug. (It also helps with the pads installed.) You can tell it's made very nicely. It doesn't feel cheap at all. There is a liner on the inside that zips into the jacket, and also clips into the ends of the sleeves to keep it from coming out. The quality of the materials it's made out of feels like it's made to last. If you're on the fence about this one, I'll save you the decision. This is the one for you without a doubt.

The jacket was a little tight to begin with but it actually forced me to lose a little weight. They are a little undersized but good quality so far and really block the weather very well.

My son loved this and it was a perfect for for him. I feel safer with him having a little protection more than he did. He even road his bike to work yesterday wearing this and I live near Lake Erie so imagine January and it was in the 40s so he rode it!

I cannot speak to the armor quality since, luckily,ni have not had to use it. The jacket is sturdy but lightweight and can be worn in warmer weather. It has plenty of easily zipped pockets, including what I think is a concealed carry pocket on the front left chest area. That zipper is easy to open, even with riding gloves, for whatever you might want to put there-- I use it for my wallet. The feature I love the best is one I didn't notice but thought "as a conceal carrier if I were to design a jacket I would have a second zipper that pulls up so you can access your iwb appendix carry weapon" and as I was looking I noticed this jacket has just that!!! You zip it up with the tip zipper and if you need to open the zipper from the bottom instead of unzipping from top to bottom you can unzip using the second zipper at the bottom just enough to access whatever you might need from your front pants area. Absolutely indispensable feature.

Great feel, great look. A little bigger than the measurements say, not accurate measurements. I should have bought the medium. Minus 1/2 star Very Warm, great for cold less than 50° F rides, even 44°... not a Summer coat/jacket at all as there are no Vents on the front or back (Minus 1 star) which would make this a 4.5 star coat. Minus 1/2 star for dumb wording "Guard Your Freedom" remove that & its a Perfect coat.

very well insulated. keeps you warm in the cooler weather. looks sharp. the stitching that holds in the removable layer at the sleeve opening is coming undone...not a big deal to me though. the jacket still does the job.
