I have a big head (XL) and it fits perfect.The only regret I have is that I have a 16 FZ-09 with Impact BLUE so the visor color doesn’t match. I love being able to purchase a helmet of this quality, for this price. I can't over look the overall value of this helmet. It's built strong and extremely comfortable. I used the measurements and i think it fits true to size but i really don't have anything to compare it to. The glass does it foggy quick so getting some anti fog is helpful. I think i would prefer to have the protection around the chin strap to be built into the chin strap. Ordered a size large and it seems to fit very well. I feel like I have more of a round head so I did size up from the size chart. I was right on the cusp of medium and large but this was comfortable. The helmet kept me warm on a cool summer evening ride. The weight of the helmet was not an issue for me. That was something I was concerned about and it felt like a pretty light helmet in my opinion.
