The media could not be loaded. This was sized accurately and fit my head (61mm) but was on the very slightly loose side. One clear flip up shield. You can wear glasses with this. The liner snaps out. It has a quick pull release latch. Two vents one below the shield and one just above the shield hole on top of the helmet. I would say you might be able to get speakers into it if you listen to music as you ride or a communicator. The display uses an app. The app worked just fine on my iphone 15 with current IOS release on it (18.5). Once you set the display that is what it will continually use unless you change it. The app will find music on your phone or in your cloud and the songs show in the app for you to choose if you want the visual equalizer effect- see attached video towards end of video. No syncing issues. once it finds the helmet ( click plus on device screen) you then have to go to a different screen that shows devices attached and then move the slider to enable the helmet. Now you are ready to go. This actually is quite configurable and has nice colors. The screen is 1/16 sq dot matrix so the pictures and or text look like old school arcade games like pac man or aliens. It took three hours to charge. I used a 10w apple square charging brick and the battery charge icon which constantly refreshes locked up. I then tried a 20W charging brick and had no more issues until full charge. There is a small switch next to the charging port that turns on the display. once the rubber plug is back in the charging usb c port there is a rubber bump over the on button which makes it easy to turn on. if you have the charge port cover opened up then the on off switch is difficult to push as it is recessed in the display housing. Not an issue just the facts. I think this is really cool even for an old guy like me. I would give it five stars if it had a second inner shield with tint on it for sunny days. They also give you what appears to be a wind deflector that shits just under the flip up face shield-see photo of me installing it. Last they give you three highly reflective strips to install if you wish. The helmet was double covered with a foam bag then cloth bag and then in a box with Styrofoam behind the lcd. The box is smaller so it can't bounce around in the box. It had no damage to it. There is a photo of its DOT safety rating.

So first things first, if you’re considering this helmet it’s primarily because of the LED screen right? Of course. So first I’ll start with the fit. Sizing is spot on, a perfect snug fit. The visor works well, holds well, and does the job. I do wit=sh it came with a tinted one to swap out but not that big of a deal. Quality of the helmet looks and feels great. It’s DOT approved and it’s also fairly lightweight. At least lighter than I thought it would be. Now to the visuals…super cool! Never thought I’d try one of these but I’m glad I did. You have to download their app which was straightforward. So far, I’ve been playing around with the different preset options and really like the eyes. Movement looks cool for what it is but most importantly it looks really good at night. Not super stoked about the DIY feature since lettering doesn’t look that great but cool anyways. I’ve still got a lot more to play with in the app so I’ll have to report back later. Comes with a charge cord too but I’d like a longer one to be able to charge while on my rack at home. No biggie. Other than that, I’m super happy with it. I don’t wear it all the time, just for our night rides but so far, I’m loving it. It’s not for everyone but it definitely gets peoples attention at night. Overall, very happy with it. Good quality helmet outside of the LED feature.

This helmet gets the essentials right. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and affordable, which makes it great for casual cycling or as a backup. The ventilation is solid for short commutes, and the fit is easy to adjust. One thing to watch out for—the padding inside is pretty minimal. It’s basically just hard foam, sitting close to your head, so it’s not the most cushioned option out there. You might want a cycling cap or something extra underneath for comfort, especially on longer rides. For the price, it’s hard to complain, but if you’re after something with more substantial protection or higher-end build quality, this won’t compete with the expensive brands your local bike shop carries. It’s fine for basic road use, but if I were biking daily or at higher speeds, I’d probably look at an upgrade. Overall, a decent helmet as long as you know what you’re getting. Good value, just not the most premium experience.

Our grandson deeply dislikes wearing helmets when riding his dirt bike. This helmet offers the safety we and his parents insist upon and he actually thinks it looks great and loves the LED feature. For now, he is actually wearing this helmet whenever he rides. He tells me it is comfortable and vented well. The LED app loaded easily. The overall quality appears to be top notch, fits like a glove and looks futuristic. It is not too heavy and on the overall is a real keeper. Our grandson is wearing it regularly. Likely because his riding buddies want one.

This helmet has a wonderful look to it, and the LED display on the rear is a cool feature I've not really seen done well. Most of the time it is integrated ugly, but this one is slick and inset making it work well and fit perfectly. The helmets weight is standard, so even with the LED screen attached you won't have any more neck muscle fatigue than any other helmet. Everything is pretty straightforward to install and for the money, this helmet offers big features for a small price.
