I measured my head and it was 23cm. According to the chart, 22cm was a medium. I almost bought a large because I was over the size of a medium. When I tried it on it was too big for my head and differently too loose. I would recommend sizing down

The media could not be loaded. I know that DOT certification is not as strong as others, but there is no way this is a DOT certified helmet. From the video, I can flex the shell with a simple push on the sides. The shell is made of a cheap plastic. I have bought lesser helmets before, but this feels to me like a well made Halloween costume. I know if I sat on it, it would crack. This helmet is not worth your life. ... show more
