Great Full-Face Helmet for the price. I will say for the price it is a great DOT Approved Full Face Helmet. I was surprised and excited when I pushed a random lever and found out it had a built-in sunshade. The cons I would note are that some of the rubber parts on the inside breathing area and outside mask started to fall off and break after taking it on and off a few times. In may of 2022 I got hit by car on my motorcycle. Long story short I had to get life flighted to the hospital and everyone was amazed I survived the flight with the injuries I had. One of the many injuries I had was a TBI ( traumatic brain injury) and a brain bleed. If I did not have this helmet on my head it definitely would not be in one piece and would have died right there. People spend hundreds if not thousands on a helmet. But this 80$ helmet saved my life in about as bad of an accident as you can get. Got the helmet. Opened it up. Looks good and felt good. Until I put it on. Too small at the top of the head. My head was being squeezed, just at the top. It give me a headache. Then I checked the helmet for bluetooth headphone installation. Forget it. No place to stick the ear piece. I guess, 2 strikes, and I returned it. Too bad. went back to my old brand ILM. Helmet fit like a charm, and a special cut out for bluetooth ear piece. Didn't look as nice, but no headache. ... show more

I have to say this helmet is nicer than I was expecting. It’s jam packed with features that I wouldn’t expect from a helmet of this price. First off, it’s DOT certified. Primarily, this thing will protect your noggin. What’s the point if it doesn’t do that. The design is simple, but it looks very nice. At first, I thought the white piece of fabric near the back of the neck was a strange choice, but later realized it’s made of a high-visibility material. A nice touch! I think I may get tired of the matte finish, simply because any little piece of dirt or oil will show up on it. But out of the box it looks awesome. Comfort is pretty good and will be different for every person. I have a bit of pressure around my forehead that is a bit uncomfortable, but I may get used to that. I ordered a size up, as reviews suggested, and I’m really glad I did. The D straps are pretty standard. They have a nice little tab on the one ring so it’s easier to strap in. There’s also a button on the strap so it doesn't just hang there. There are two adjustable vents that work very nicely. The clear shield is pretty nice. There have actually been a couple times I had to check if i had it down, since it’s so clear. I did notice a bit of fog on it on a slightly cooler morning, but it didn’t overtake my vision at any point. I expect this would be better on a more expensive helmet. I would really have liked to see the visor setting that just cracks it a bit to let some air in. This doesn't have that.The tinted lens is almost a bit cloudy, but I actually got used to it after a few minutes with it down. It does the trick to block the sun, and makes you look pretty cool. Activating the tinted lens is very easy with gloves by using the red switch on the side. I’ll give the disclaimer that this is my first motorcycle helmet, but I’ve had snowmobile, bmx and other helmets in the past. I expected for this to be a placeholder and eventual 2nd rider helmet, but I have a feeling it will delay my purchase of a more high end helmet. For the price, I have to keep my expectations in check, but I think this is worth every penny. ... show more

Helmet is ok for the price if you ride a scooter. After about a month continuous wear the padding quickly deteriorates. Also the rubber vent piece I had to epoxy on to stay and the cheekpads constantly unsnap. The wind noise on the sides are awful at speeds 60+, can't even hit 100 because the helmet pushes back against your face. Now after a couple months the visor flaps open and close which isn't concerning at the moment, it's just annoying. I have two of these and both have same issue. Very cheap helmets for street bikes! Not recommended ... show more

    • Nice helmet for the money, but doesn't really fit front to back.

I bought this because it cost the same as just a liner for my X-Eleven, which had aged and deteriorated and would take 3 weeks to get. It has a cool shape, which turns out is the problem. The way the helmet slopes in back compared to my old helmet removes all of the front to back room my porpose shaped head needs in an XXL sized helmet. It's obvious when you see the two helmets side by side. Also, when I do get it on, the back of the helmet is so high it leaves the back of my head exposed so I don't really feel safe in it. I tried to "break it in" hoping I could adjust the fit, but there just isn't enough room. The liner is very thin so any change is happening to the styrofoam. I'm going to give it to someone smaller as it is a nice looking helmet with a lot of nice features, but if you are coming from a Shoei and need an XXL this may not work for you. ... show more
