Great: 1. Fits 2011 Recon 2. The fuel/air mix screw is SLOTTED! Goodbye stupid "D" screw! 3. Factory setting for fuel/air seems pretty good, I don't plan to adjust it. 4. Costs less than a carb rebuild kit. I could clean the original, but why bother? Ehhh: 1. The "O" ring gasket between the carb and motor seems to be just a little bit too big, couldn't get it to stay in place long enough to mount the carb. Used the original instead. 2. Check the clips for all the vacuum lines, I had several that weren't fully seated in position. Happy with the carb, definitely would buy it again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Carburetor fit like oem, great value. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it was missing the O-ring that connects the carburetor to the manifold. I Just used the one off the old carburetor with no issues. Carburetor adjustments were pretty much spot on out of the box. I just added maybe 1/8 of a turn on the idle screw. Installation went fine but after two weeks I had the same issue with this unit as I did with the one I was replacing. With gas "on" the fuel was running out of the bottom hose - continually. The only way to stop it was to use the fuel shutoff. Removed unit - opened float area - everything looked fine but when I put it back together I had the same issue. I have ordered a certified OEM replacement - hopefully I have better luck with it. ... show more

I was a little hesitant to order this carb thinking that the price was too good to be true. However, I decided to give it a try and man am I glad i did. The only difference between the original carb and the new carb is the size of the gas line inlet and the throttle plunger. The original throttle cable works well you just have to install the new plunger body on the old cable end. To change the inlet hose I simply cut my old line and installed a universal inline filter. This filter had a 3/16 and 1/4 stepped hose barb allowing me to use two different hose sizes. Took about 20 minutes to take old carb off and install new carb. Turned on the fuel and started the ATV up with no issues. ATV is running like new! I would highly recommend this product for the Honda Recon ATV. ... show more
