  • Quality and Comfort! AMAZING!!
Size: 4Pcs
I purchased these for mountain biking. I needed something that would allow me to have all the joys of good mobility and also protection. These delivered on both of those things! The quality is actually very good. Soft padding and a firm but soft plastic shield. One thing that I noticed about them is that once you get the tightness set to where you want it, you can leave them set and just un-clip them from your leg. It makes it super fast to take them off and on when I pull up to different locations to ride. I already had several people ask me where I got them from and I sent them this link because they are that good! ... show more

  • Pretty flimsy
Size: 2Pcs
I ride an dirt motorbike and have a pair of shin guards that protect me well, but they're not very comfortable. I wear them over neoprene knee sleeves to cut down on the rubbing. On a dirt bike, you're constantly extending you legs by going from sitting to standing with a lot of crouching in between. There's a lot of knee flexing going on, hence a lot of rubbing by the shin guards. There are some serious problems with this product. - The plastic armor is pretty thin. It would probably protect against a direct shin hit to a rock if it wasn't too hard (the hit, not the rock). But hitting off to the side of the leg a little (more likely) or a hard hit would probably break the plastic. - The hinge between the knee and shin pads is made of the same plastic and is very stiff. You have to do the straps up really tight to keep the knee pad in place, so there's going to be a lot of rubbing when you flex the knee. After a few hours of this, your knee is going to be really sore. - The straps are barely long enough for me to fasten them on my bare legs. I'll need to wear the neoprene sleeves underneath so I won't be able to even fasten the straps with those on. These might be useful if you ride a stand-up scooter where you almost never bend your knees. ... show more

  • Cheap and Not Real Protection
Size: 4Pcs
Save your money for higher quality protection - you're worth it. They look cool in a picture but once in-hand, you'll realize these are nearly worthless when it comes to legitimate crash protection for a full-sized adult. This set is made of one layer of plastic and one layer of thin foam. They are advertised as being for men but they absolutely child-sized. Crash protection would be minimal. These would best used for a child learning to ride a bike - and that might even be pushing it. Perhaps some basic protection for a kid playing outside, doing something profoundly and inherently low-impact. ... show more

  • Solid quality
Size: 4Pcs
Quality is solid, the pads are a bit stiff, but not unlike my protective gear on my motorcycle jacket. The pads allow my joints to bend well. I'm a bit on the smallee side so I ended up using the elbow pads for my knees, especially since I already have elbow pads on my motorcycle jacket, and the elbow pads fit pretty well when repurposed for my knees, surprisingly. ... show more

  • Crash Protection
Size: 4Pcs
Last year I was thrown off my scooter. I landed on my face, and the results were not pretty. Fortunately, no bones (only teeth) were broken. Everybody tells me that I'd be crazy to get back on. Well, that sealed the deal. It was pointed out to me that I was lucky I didn't break any bones. Then I saw these. I figured they'd add some protection. I've never used this type of product before. Therefore, my review is that of a novice. They are well made. They are comfortable to wear--to the point of I got distracted while taking them off and wore the arm protectors for several minutes before I realized they were still on. My only worry is the leg protectors. If you hit the ground and skid, I don't see how they'd stay on. Oh sure, they'd soften the initial impact. Maybe that's all that is intended. Bottom line: comfortable, well made, and should provide some protection. ... show more

  • Functional Knee & Shin Guard For Off Road Riding
Size: 2Pcs
It should serve its intended purpose as long as you ride on trails. I don’t think you should use this on the roads though. It is not very hard to put on and it fits well. It stays in place while you move around. It’s not going to work if you use tall ADV boots that come up to your shin. Otherwise, it works especially at this price point. ... show more
