I've had this phone for about 3 or 4 years now, and it has truly been amazing! It still runs well and the battery lasts all day even while in use! The stylus has been very convenient and has held up well despite its slim size. Not to mention that I've never used a screen protector on it, and despite how many times I've dropped it or tossed it around, it never cracked! it's a resilient little thing Over the years, the phone has definitely slowed down some, but that's to be expected when you've had a phone for so long my only complaint is that it's hard to find cute cases for this phone, but that's not the phones fault. It does not come with a few cool features that Samsung possesses and provides. Oragnizing my apps took a while, because you can't drag and drop apps like on a Samsung. Other features, such as personalizing your application looks, and styles, background color, or switching styles are limited to pre-made schemes by Motorola. Then again, the easy dragging into files and folders is not an option, you literally have to press extra menu buttons and drop downs to select what and where. Very limited amount of widgets. 😭 That was frustrating to learn that I could not change the color of the clock on my lock screen, and make the background translucent or transparent with my own color, such as light see through grey and purple. However, it seems to be getting there as in technology. Hopefully soon Moto will get it together. You can't change any Google app background colors either behind the actual icon box; why???? I don't know, and all google apps remain with a solid white background, with the logo app original 🌈 colors, which is fine. But id rather have the logo floating than have to be forced to have it in a solid white frame 🖼️ So it really doesn't match, the color, of what I want to be comfortable with. However, overall......It's a lightweight, easy storing in your purse or pocket kind of phone. Simple, Durable and dependable for all your calls and communication needs. I have not used my pen yet, so, I won't speak on that. If I have any issues in the future, I'll come back to let ya'll know. I love Motorola products, therefore I'm not going to hesitate to try any id not all of them. Over all, the green color is beautifully shiney. My favorite color is purple, so my screen savers and home screens keyboard match the emerald color real nicely. I purchased 3 of these phones, one each for family and myself. We each got personalized cases so we could tell them apart. Better value than the last phones, considering I got 3 for less than the price of one of the more expensive brands. They work great, I had trouble at first but a customer service person was kind enough to walk me through a reset and I found the option to switch features to what I was more comfortable with (we turned on the home screen button instead of the "gestures" setting.) Easier than I expected! Since changing that setting, it works great, like all the others. Highly recommend, family loves their new phones. ... show more

Bought the phone cause wanted a stylus 5G and I'm on H2O wireless which figured a all use phone n had a gut feeling it's a ATT phone what issues should I have? DOH phone is locked even to H2O who uses ATT network. So customer service at H2O said due to holidays ( New Years) could take up to 48 hrs.... Did buy this phone to eventually use on the new Boost Infinite due they said their network even though will be mainly ATT for me might not except my Blackview 8800Pro... Thinking it will but this phone was a great deal and came mint so awaiting unlock n hope all good fingers crossed on both companies lol ... show more

The phone starts off working okay but then after a couple of weeks it starts to slow down. After a couple of months it feels like you're dealing with a ridiculously off-brand phone. Short battery life, longer charging periods, longer reload times, games and everything else begin to take forever to load. And you can also forget about any form of multitasking on it. The camera sucks! Speaking of, that will also get to the point where it freezes while you're trying to take a picture. So many moments missed... I expected better from Moto.. 😔 ... show more

I bought two of these phones for me and my dad . I received them in perfect condition and on time . We both love the large screens making it easier to watch videos and just see easier . It has some great new features as well like this amazing camera and videos . The days of buying brand new phones and paying 1500 dollars are over for me . This reconditioned like new phone was very affordable and has quickly become one of my favorite phones . Motorola has always been my favorite phones and it's still true today ! ... show more

The screen protector isn't on correctly and when ever I hold the phone with one hand and try to use the stylus it won't work unless I stop touching the sides of the phone .
