My ZTE blade wouldn’t charge so I needed a new phone. Beautiful screen but a little more narrow than my other one. Easy set up with T-mobile, with micro SIM card. I’m not a heavy user, only use cell when I have to. Camera is great and takes decent pictures. Easy to navigate and I’m not a real tech person. Has good call quality, and battery lasts a long time. I only charge once every couple weeks. Heavy users will have charge more often though. A great choice at a great price. ... show more

The phone is kinda sluggish and the 32GB internal memory is barely enough for 2022 Android. You'll have to configure each app to use the external memory for the phone to be usable. I don't blame Motorola, 32GB is A LOT of memory, but nowadays apps are so unoptimized that each one can clutter up to 500 MB of space, and Android alone takes like 20 GB. That gives you space to install about 20-30 extra apps. It's a shame modern android development is like this. but it is what it is. The phone is usable if you don't mind it beeing slugish and having to configure The value of the phone is GREAT though. $150 for a usable modern phone is a steal. Maybe you should avoid this version and try the 2022 one. Maybe it's snappier. ... show more

I like Motorola phones and this one is a life saver. Because phones nowadays have stronger processing units most hardware usage drains the battery. Glad I found something with more lithium. Additionally the features are nice. I received mine with the factory box, cable, charger, phone, and sim remover. I got mine refurbished and it looks great. Had all the contents with an undamaged phone. The entire package is complete 🙂 And as far as the specs go here are some of them; 1)Blue gradient color 2)32 GB internal storage 3)48 megapixel camera 4)Moto updates to their android 5)Smooth user interface 6)4G LTE (unfortunately NO 5G) 7)Customizable Android icons 8)Excels in standby time GREAT VALUE! I bought this phone to put on a Mint Mobile account. It works great. Truly unlocked and easily works with Mint. I'm a light internet user on my phone, but this phone battery charge lasts for a week. I'm happily surprised. I love the blue color. It's variegated and really pretty.

This phone was decent at the price I got it for. If you just need a phone for browsing the internet, taking pictures, text and calls, this is probably a great choice. However, it is INCREDIBLY sluggish and difficult to do two different things at a time on - like playing music on one app while using a different app for something else. Some users seem to report no problems with this, so maybe mine is just defective. Either way, it doesn't work for my needs. However, I have passed it on to an elderly relative that is perfectly happy with their low usage. It has EXCELLENT battery life, definitely the best thing about it. It's noteworthy that it is pretty heavy though, and quite large, in exchange for that battery. A good starter phone at the price range, but not as good as they make it out to be. Call quality on mine is a little iffy also, can sound a little tinny which is not my experience of moto phones in the past. ... show more

I don't recall if this phone is advertised as tough but I am butterfingers. I dropped it multiple times and it continued to work. I was happy to replace it with the same phone after I eventually lost it. I really love these phones.

I bought this because my 3 year old G7 Power only held a charge for a day. I was used to 3 days. This "phone" is so laggy it's unusable. Apps crash and behave weirdly. The phone app stopped functioning. It initiates calls but has no user interface, just a white screen. Battery capacity is why I bought it but it's no better than an iPhone. 1.5 days is typical. This is worse than nothing. Terrible no good awful phone. I will try to return it. ... show more
