Overall good product for the low price. I was able to move my SIM card over easily. I saw a review that said moving the SIM card was difficult or impossible, but it was the opposite for me. Phone works perfectly fine, like new condition. My only gripe is that the screen rotates a little too much. For example, when I'm using Google Maps, I have the phone sitting in my lap, and the screen rotates horizontally both ways like normal, but it also rotates upside down, which is really just a minor nuisance. I really just need to get a phone mount in my car, so it's actually a non-issue. With all that said, I highly recommend this product if you're looking for more bang for your buck, a decent quality product without breaking the bank, especially if you don't feel the need to keep up with the Jones's with the newest phones. ... show more

This is a great phone. I don't do anything advanced on my phone, I just need basic functions, phone, messages, camera, FB, internet. I love the Moto tools with the Motorola phones, like the flashlight chop, do not disturb, etc. I wish it had NFC on this phone, but the price could not be beat.

Needed a cheap newer phone for my mom, set up was straightforward and easy, I was surprised by the quality for the price nice feel in the hand for its large size. I did need to put an SD card into it so my mom could transfer all her pictures over as it doesn’t have quite enough memory for all of them. Screen quality was surprisingly great and has decent color accuracy. It was compatible with the cricket network(AT&T) so no issues there. And as the phone was for my mom I didn’t go testing its durability I simply popped it into a nice case. ... show more

I cannot tell you how grateful I was to be able to quickly get this phone when a previous phone I just purchased stop being able to charge and with me living alone in a new town I truly was panicking by no longer having cellular service so I had to jump on this Moto g immediately. Now I've owned Moto's before so I was confident that the equipment I was buying was going to last more time than the week my previous purchase lasted with another brand. So suffice to say so far I am super pleased and super relieved because who would have ever thought that there would become a Time or day when one would panic when they did not have cellular service available? I took a chance in spite of the negative reviews because I needed a cheap phone unlocked quickly, and, what do you know, not only was the phone NOT unlocked as advertised, but it was locked to a carrier other than AT&T, in spite of the fact that AT&T is in the title. Insanely dishonest.

Had to return this phone worked fine until Charging , when the phone gets to about %80 the phone starts to turn on & off none stop really annoying when trying to sleep.
