Overall good product for the low price. I was able to move my SIM card over easily. I saw a review that said moving the SIM card was difficult or impossible, but it was the opposite for me. Phone works perfectly fine, like new condition. My only gripe is that the screen rotates a little too much. For example, when I'm using Google Maps, I have the phone sitting in my lap, and the screen rotates horizontally both ways like normal, but it also rotates upside down, which is really just a minor nuisance. I really just need to get a phone mount in my car, so it's actually a non-issue. With all that said, I highly recommend this product if you're looking for more bang for your buck, a decent quality product without breaking the bank, especially if you don't feel the need to keep up with the Jones's with the newest phones. ... show more

I cannot tell you how grateful I was to be able to quickly get this phone when a previous phone I just purchased stop being able to charge and with me living alone in a new town I truly was panicking by no longer having cellular service so I had to jump on this Moto g immediately. Now I've owned Moto's before so I was confident that the equipment I was buying was going to last more time than the week my previous purchase lasted with another brand. So suffice to say so far I am super pleased and super relieved because who would have ever thought that there would become a Time or day when one would panic when they did not have cellular service available? READ THE REVIEWS! As several others have pointed out, THIS PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED. It did not recognize my carrier’s SIM. In fact, when I went to AT&T’s official website to look up the IMEI in an effort to unlock it, I got the error message, “Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device.” I needed this as a back up phone for a trip I have coming in less than one week now I have to try and find another one and hope it arrives in time. We bought two, one for me one for my sister. My sister's works perfectly, fast, efficient. Mone.has a slight problem with wifi reception, frequently when in range it will show low low quality or weak signal. Even when my sister will be right next to me with strong signal.     • great price, simple features for seniors, but still has everythings andriod 14 offers
so far i love it, i inserted my redpocket sim for gsmt- t-mobile and in a few minutes i was good to go, transfering my phone contacts and old apps was a bit clunky but "hey google" got thing going on the third try, i think the two phones used bluetooth to do the transfer, the new phone automatically updated to anrdiod 14, it seams the phone wants me to subscribe to either AT&T or Xfinity but i still love T-Mobile since i already know thier "dead spots" and it seams normal and comfortable to me, i've been a t-mobile customer for all my cell phone life. i bought the renewed version but i'm pretty sure the phone was brand new. ... show more

If you need a solid phone that doesn't cost as much as these ridiculously overpriced brands, this is a good one. It even has a headphone jack which I prefer. The listing said it had no jack but it did luckily. Camera, battery life, sound quality, screen resolution, and CPU speed are perfect.
