  • Solid choice
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
Great phone, been running smooth for about a year. I like the leather backplate and the color. Average 5500mah battery lasts the day. Was unlocked with sim card slot and compatibility for 2 e sims. Very durable scratch resistant screen for the low price

  • Really a great phone
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
I bot this phone to replace a MotoG6 that i owned for many years. Really an outstanding phone. I had concerns about the display specs only 720. Not to worry, this is a beautiful display. Best speaker volume on any phone that I ever had. I had concerns about the size and weight, much bigger than the G6. I got used to it pretty quickly, and I like it. Blutooth and wifi work great. I'm using the phone on Tmobile, works perfectly. Camera is a big improvement over the G6. It's a great phone at a bargain price! Also the battery is unbelievable. I'm a light user. but I can go 3 full days. Withe a 30w charger it's back to 100% in less than a hour. ... show more

  • Quite a nice phone for such a low price.
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
Quite a nice phone for such a low price. I do have some gripes: 1. Seems Motorola very much wants quality time with me so they have an annoying addition to the lockscreen called "Glance". It is possible to disable it in the settings, but every time the phone boots they re-enable it. Very annoying, but tolerable once I learn to keep disabling it. 2. The power button sticks up too far. The way to force a reboot on such a phone is to hold the power button a long time. Three times now I have accidentally rebooted the phone. Once I was holding multiple things in my hand at once and one held the button, once I put in in my car mount in an unfortunate way, and last night I put it next to the mattress the wrong side down. 3. It has good battery life, but does this partly by being aggressive about doing very little when the screen is dark. This can delay notifications too much. 4. The keyboard app does not know how to spell "tiananmen", a reminder that Motorola *is* a Chinese company and is not independent of their government. I assume they have complete backdoor access if they want, but I don't do anything secret. Not suitable for US government officials, however. -kb, the Kent who would buy it again. ... show more

  • Awesome and recommended. Very useful for storage and battery power last for a long time.
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
I love my new Motorola Moto g2025. Especially I just replace my Motorola MOTO G7 I had since 2020 on my 33rd birthday and now this year at age 39 it was definitely time for an upgrade. Got tons of storage for 128, GB amazing battery life powered which will last for a long time. Even the 50 megapixel is truly awesome to see a clear picture at high definition. I even have to go to Best buy to get everything transfer from one Motorola to another. And then I have to go to T-Mobile to get the Sam chip activated from one Motorola to another. But this is very highly recommended for these updated and upgraded phones which will last for a very long time. It was a great treat for me and the price was one heck of a deal. ... show more

  • Great value for a great Motorola smartphone!
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
Great basic smartphone for those with simple daily needs of calls, texting, light web browsing for recipes or Wikipedia, and checking the weather. Battery life is great and the phone is light in weight with a nice, grippy-textured back. Phone speaker and alarm/call volumes are loud enough to hear without strain. Because it's plastic on the back, this actually means it's much more suited to those of us who probably won't use a case, making it slightly more durable. You can install all the basic Android apps (ebooks, banking, fitness, etc.) with 128 GB, but you can always add a microSD if that is not enough, especially if you want to take photos. It says it can do eSIM but I didn't try it since I already have SIM cards. The ONLY NEGATIVE that I found was that the UI (user interface) is NOT optimized for large fonts for those with vision problems. When you make the fonts larger for accessibility purposes, many of the settings in native Android apps such as Google, Google Maps > Location Sharing goes off screen. I had to minimize fonts to a tiny size to get everything to display so I could set up Google accounts properly. After that I turned back on the larger, accessible font size. I got two on sale for $149 each and that is a great value. I cannot imagine needing a $250+ smartphone for the above needs. Highly recommend Motorola Moto G 2025 for those who want a smartphone that runs snappy without needing anything super high tech or extra skinning bloat common in budget Samsung phones. ... show more

  • Highly recommend
Model Name: Moto G Color: Pantone Cattleya Orchid Configuration: 128GB
I have never owned a Motorola phone, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The phone is fast, and the life battery last a long time. Comes with its charger which charges very fast. Great economy phone with a lot of the features and quality of an expensive flagship phone.

  • A good budget value phone
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
It’s not the very best but not the worst either. It actually performs as it should. Now a days, budget phones are no longer limited in capabilities as higher end ones. The screen although noted at the lower end is surprisingly crisp and bright. Good size at 6.7 l” with a pretty loud speaker. The screen also has a high refresh rate as other higher end phones so utilizing it for media consumption and basic web browsing is surprisingly smooth. If you are like me who uses this phone for media consumption, web browsing, social media, and other typical apps for daily use, this phone is surprisingly capable. It’s not a gaming phone so don’t expect higher end performance, choose your games wisely. I like the extra capabilities that motorola baked in the OS and it’s quite easy to operate even as an avid iphone user. As a back up phone or even as a daily driver phone, and like android OS, you too will be happy with it. I’m happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for.
Model Name: Moto G Color: Forest Gray Configuration: 128GB
I bought this after having a Samsung galaxy s9+ that I got in 2018 when that model was brand new. The s9 still runs great, fast and responsive but it's stuck at android 10, not getting any updates past that so I decided it was finally time for a new phone. I decided on this because it can run android 16, the latest OS, and researching it said it was a decent phone. Decent it is. It works. But I don't suggest you have high expectations if you're like me that's had a great phone for a long time. The ole samsung is 4x faster than this thing and this phone's drawer buttons at the bottom are annoyingly in the way. I'm constantly hitting the home button instead of the space bar while tapping the keys to text, or write something like this review. I've already had to tab back to this review 5 times because that damn drawer doesn't go away. Maybe I'll get used to it. Good for the price? Definetly! Suggest to friends? Yes, but with the above warnings and that it's going to take time to get used to, which applies to anything new to us. I've had this thing around 2 weeks as of writing this review. I hated the bevel on the S9's screen for a long time but I got used to it. Biggest grief about this phone: it's a lot, actually annoyingly, slower than my almost 9 year old galaxy. You get what you pay for. I paid over $900 for the samsung through monthly payments included in the service bill. It's a plus that I own this thing for 200 bucks. The Pros: - It's a cheap, unlocked, phone - It seems to be compatible with all networks. Mine was configured for Boost Mobile. I have LifeLine and it works. - Nice color? Mine's a shiny black. - Screen Qulity is nice and clear. - High resolution photo and video capability. The cons: - It's cheap phone. - It's annoyingly slow. - Photo and video don't have steadying ability like most high-end phones do so photos and videos can end up blurry. - It's very slippery in your hand if you don't have a case. I dropped mine constantly because of this. Case required. - Navgating to find the setting you're looking for is an annoying and irritating maze. - The 3 buttons at the bottom are in the way of using apps. If you choose the gesture mode it's a bit better but... - The haptic response sucks. You have to do the motion several times before it actually works most of the time. - Cases for this phone that I've tried suck. They all prevent plugging anything into the audio port and none of them protect the power button so you have to use your fingernail to press it, if your a nail bitter you're SOL. - If you get a case forget about plugging anything into the audio port. The 3 I've bought and tried block it. You have to take the case off to use the audio port, and then you have to deal with how slippery it is - dropping it frequently. - PREPARE FOR SPAM AND SCAM CALLS EVERY 5-20 MINUTES. You will get them constanly, consistently. I'm considering putting the sim back in my S9+ and having a fast, working phone that doesn't lag - and deal with not being able to upgrade to Android 16 - stuck at Andriod 10. If I can find a way to hack it that's definitely what I'm doing. This phone sucks. 2 stars because it's Android 16 compatible. - The almost 10 year old S9 is WAAAAAY faster. - I never get spam calls on the S9. NEVER. I don't know why that is. It's a Verizon phone, maybe? - I never drop it because it has a nice case on it. - I can plug anything I want into the audio port. - It still works, I just get warnings about Anroid 10 being discontinued soon. Which is why I bought a new (this Moto G) phone. My suggestion: Shop around a little more. Shop for: - Phones that are reported and reviewed to be comfortably fast. - Phones that have cases that DON'T have a cutout for the power button. - Phones that have cases that don't block the audio port. - Phones that might not even need a case because they're not slippery. ... show more
