I've tried about 5 or 6 of these keyboard covers for my Macbook Air (new version). Some didn't match up, even tho they claimed to be for this new version. Others matched up, but I didn't like the coating - it was too rubbery, made fingers stick and slowed down typing. This Mosiso cover fits almost perfect (it's a smidge too small, but still covers really well - it prolly won't be noticeable to most people), and matches up pretty well too save for just a couple of the Function keys. Most important, I like the feel of it. Fingers glide smoothly, doesn't slow down typing. One thing I don't like about all these covers is that the letters are printed on top instead of being laser cutout. So you don't get the keyboard backlit, which is obnoxious. I'd actually be willing to pay a couple of dollars more if they manufactured the keyboard covers with letters laser cut so the light shines through.

Overall fit and feel was good, but the perimeter of the cover does not go down far enough over the keys, leaving the outer keys vulnerable to dust and liquids.

I got this cover to prevent any dust/particles from getting into my macbook keyboard. I don't use the keyboard often (I typically use a wireless keyboard). Even so, the cover is worn down on several keys, and has left a sticky residue on my actual macbook keyboard. Additionally, when I have removed the cover, the real keys have a black pigment on them from the cover in addition to the weird stickiness. I'm buying a different brand cover and tossing this one.

This is my second purchase of this keyboard cover. The first purchase lasted 3 years and I am a heavy key "Banger" so after that time it didn't owe me anything. My follow up purchase may have contained a small sizing issue as some of the key covers started pulling away prematurely after a month or so. Contacted the supplier and within 7 days I had an immediate replacement. Great to see companies standing behind their products. Current keypad cover has been on for over a month with zero issues! I would buy again without any hesitation. The covers do a great job protecting my MacBook keys from just about everything.
