You can fold the stand into a compact size for storage after practice, which saves much indoor space and is convenient for moving and placement.

So good
The kids are playing well without any pressure. They use it as headphones, but I bought another amplifier. It has good value for money.

easy assembly, great for apartments + kids! Some drawbacks, but great for beginners
If your kid is showing interest in drums, you don’t need to start sweating at the idea of perpetual noise. This drum kit for beginners is great for training on rhythms with a similar setup as real drum kits. Designed for use with the included headphones (or any compatible audio device), you can have peace and quiet while your drummer child/significant other/roommate goes nuts banging and striking to their heart’s content. It is fairly easy to use, and *most of the various percussion instruments respond well to changes in pressure/strength with louder or softer drumming. Having said that, the cymbals don’t really respond much to that, nor do they have options of gently tapping or scraping them, which is an important thing to be able to do for a variety of genres. Also, the foot pedals can be a bit tricky. Having said that, for the price and considering they are for beginners, these are a great value for what you get. As for the assembly, everything is well-labeled and no additional tools are needed. It takes very little time and allows some minor height adjustments for the overall kit, as well as the height of the cymbals. Taller people might find it suboptimal, but everyone else should do fine, including most kids, as it can go pretty low for shorter heights.

Major Responsiveness and Volume Issues
I was really disappointed with this electronic drum kit, and it turned out to be a total letdown. The main issue is that the drum pads are completely unable to register multiple simultaneous touches. If you try to play a quick fill or hit a cymbal and snare at the exact same time, it drops notes constantly, which makes practicing or playing naturally almost impossible. To make matters worse, the volume output to external speakers is unbelievably low. Even with the master volume cranked up all the way to maximum, the sound coming out is quiet and muffled. It lacks any real power or punch, which takes all the fun out of playing along to music or practicing without headphones. While the mesh snare and compact frame look decent on paper, the terrible sensor responsiveness and weak audio output render it practically unusable. I definitely did not like this kit and strongly advise looking for a more reliable beginner set instead.

Fantastic Beginner Drum Kit with Great Value and Easy Setup
I picked up this MOSEN foldable electronic drum kit for my nephew who has been wanting to learn drums, and it has quickly become a family favorite. The setup was incredibly simple, and he was playing within minutes. The mesh pads feel surprisingly realistic for an entry-level kit, and the sensitivity is perfect for someone still learning control and technique. The full-wrap TPE cymbals are also great because you can strike them anywhere and still get a clean, consistent sound, which is ideal for beginners. The control panel is very intuitive. Switching between drum kits, adjusting volume, and choosing practice tracks is straightforward, so he never feels overwhelmed. The foldable U-shaped stand is another huge plus. After practice, we can fold the entire kit down and slide it into a corner without taking up space. The Type-C power option makes it easy to move around the house and even power it with a portable bank. What surprised me most is how much my husband has gotten into it. I did not know he used to play drums, but now he hops on this set every night. We connected it to our speakers so everyone can hear, and it has become a fun family activity to drum along to our favorite songs. The kit feels solid, plays well, and comes with headphones and sticks so it is ready to use right away. The only thing I wish were different is the color options. A few different drumset colors would make it more visually appealing, especially since it is out in the open so often now. For the price, this drum set offers excellent value. It is thoughtfully designed, easy to learn on, and genuinely fun for both beginners and anyone rediscovering their love for drumming.
