I was very skeptical as to whether these would be as nice as silk pillowcases. I’ve had two of these pillowcases for well over a year now. I wash them on delicate cycle and hang to dry. They are still in wonderful shape. I’ve had no problems with loose threads or pilling. I’ve tried multiple more expensive silk pillowcases thinking they would be even better but have not found any that I like as much as these. What I love most about them is that they stay cool at night. My silk pillowcases trap too much heat, making me uncomfortable. Even thought these are not silk, they feel softer than my silk pillowcases and stay cool longer. Clearly the winner. ... show more

You must buy these pillowcases. I have fine hair and always wake up with a frizz head on cotton pillowcases. Ordered these satin pillowcases and I can't believe the results. This is my second set so one can be in the wash. These are great when I don't want to deal with a bonnet, or as a backup to the bonnet as mine typically fall off at some point. My other set is nearly 2 years old, looks great even after many washes, no stains from my products.
