Okay, I've very rarely written reviews (good or bad) but every time I style my hair I think "I really need to write one!" I just got done washing/conditioning my hair today and finally sat down to tell you my thoughts - hope it helps anyone considering Moresoo hair! For the past year, I've been trying different hair extensions and have had mixed experiences. I live in the desert, so I expected dryness, brittleness, and damage from the sun. That's normal, right? That's what I got with other brands (not naming names). They were soft at the beginning and as soon as I (gently) washed them, they got frizzy and dry and nearly driving me crazy with how much deep conditioner and oils and leave in conditioner I was using just to keep them manageable. I thought it was because I wasn't spending $1,000 on extensions and figured that's how life is. Before I took the plunge into the crazy expensive extension world, I decided to try these out. The reviews were mostly good, some bad (as always) but they were on sale so I gave it a shot. I'm SO glad I did!! These were insanely soft when I put them in (but they all are, right?) and figured they would frizz like the others I'd used. Nope! I put these in about a month ago and usually condition them twice a week, washing once a week or every other week and they are STILL nice and soft! They are in great condition, curl and straighten well, and fit my natural hair color perfectly! Now for downsides (because there are always some). I was a little on the fence about the thickness of the hair. Normally, I would get 60 pieces and it would feel pretty full. For these, I ordered 80 just in case and wound up using pretty much all of them to get the fullness I wanted. Not a big deal at all and, honestly, this may be because these are still healthy and didn't frizz up after the first wash (which is actually a good thing lol). Also, I did notice one of the tapes needs replaced today but honestly, after a month, that's really not terrible! I do use sulfate-free shampoo (Verb Ghost works great!) and It's A 10 leave in conditioner (because, again, desert). Otherwise, I don't feel like I HAVE to style it every day which is awesome! This pic is just after a shower and blow dry (no straightening or anything) and it looks and feels great! Seriously, thank you Moresoo for making such great extensions and saving me a TON of money!!! I'll definitely be ordering when I need a fresh set!

Okayyy... I was fully prepared for these to be a "you get what you pay for" situation, but they proved me SO wrong. I've had them in for a couple of months now, and I genuinely have zero complaints. For reference, I already had one 64-gram pack of salon extensions that cost me around $400, and I bought these just to add a little more fullness. Y'all... the color match was PERFECT. They blended right in with my salon hair, and nobody can tell the difference. They're still soft, they style well, and they've held up way better than I expected. Honestly, if I hadn't known the price, I would've assumed they cost way more. If you're sitting there debating whether to add them to your cart... this is your sign. 💁🏼♀️ I'll 100% be buying another pack when I need one.

***UPDATE*** 7-9-23 *** It has been two months and I have not received the replacement extensions as promised by “Marta”. Screenshots of the conversation and phone number “Marta” contacted me from are available as evidence, and will post those screenshots if need be. Perhaps this will speed up the process, although I believe I may have been scammed. **UPDATE** 5-25-23 ** - currently awaiting a tracking number - I was contacted by Marta from Moresoo on 5-15-23, she was really kind and friendly. She offered to replace my order with their premium virgin hair extensions and also gave me the option of any other color. Marta assured me that as a company they can promise that if I was not satisfied with the new replacement hair quality, they'd be there to provide a satisfied solution for me. My hair is taking foreverrrrr to return to its normal thickness since going through Chemo for breast cancer. Being very tired of wigs, hair pieces, hair clips etc.. I’ve tried them all and I’m getting very impatient so, I decided to splurge on Prime Day and bought 3 packs of the Moresso hair tape. Upon arrival the hair was nicely packaged, shiny, pretty color and so silky! I couldnt wait to try them out! Although it didn’t match my hair color exactly I think it blended in okay. It was my first time ever installing hair tape but, I took my time and think I did a pretty good job. They definitely added length and volume! I was ecstatic just to be able to make a pony tail again! Well, all was good until the next day. I was wearing my hair up in a clip and my son tells me he sees red string in the back of my head. LoL! I’m thinking he’s messing with me and blow it off. Next day again, he tells me that I have red string in my hair and tries to pull it out. Long story short this weekend I tried to find this red string in the back of my head but, couldn't and decided to just remove the hair tapes. It was such a frustrating process because, I only had them in a week and they were in very good! I did finally find the red string! Several of the hair tapes actually had a bright red string (see pics) woven into them! I totally did not notice the red strings beforehand. I’m guessing I was probably more focused on the mirror behind me, not falling off my bathroom counter, and getting the hair tape in straight. Lol! I wasted so much money and time; I’m bummed! Maybe I’ll try them again but, Moresso needs better Quality Control checks. 11/25/23: I updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because Moresoo Customer Service was very quick to respond and fix my concern! I wasn’t expecting that since I’ve never received a response from a review especially a bad one but, I couldn't be happier with their prompt response to make things right and I will definitely be a returning customer and referring them to my female friends!

I have been using extensions for over four years now. This is definitely the best hair for the money. It doesn’t tangle and it doesn’t look like completely crazy frizz out after one or two washes. Normally the other hair brands, you can keep in there for 1-1.5 months. I can make it at at least 2-3months. One issue is there are not alot of color ranges for blond. I tried the highlight blonde like previously and it looked very brassy. Some purple shampoo did help, but the extensions were showing through my hair constantly since the top of the tape is a lighter color.. The ones I’m using have a very long balayage area which is not typical to long hair. Like 4 plus inches of dark. I’m making it work. Luckily my hair that covers is just a bit longer. The big issue is the tape! The stuff that comes on the hair, will not stay! Every single one of them has to be re-taped. The first time I tried this hair, they all fell out within the first 48 hours or after the first wash. luckily, I had spare tape that I had already purchased. If you plan to use these, make sure to buy a pack of good tapes and re-tape them all before putting them into your hair. On a sidenote, I did buy the injection hair tape ins, there are five of them. They are meant to stick directly to your hair and not be sandwiched. Bad bad design. The idea seems good at the top of your head where you can’t see the tape. So if it was windy, You wouldn’t see the tape in definitely hidden. Love that idea. Whatever glue they use basically sticks to your head and makes goo. There is not a chance of peeling it out or getting it off of the actual extension piece. It’s disgusting. The only thing I can do now is use a glue remover to try to get it out of my hair which may danger the other extensions. Basically the heat from your head I think it supposed to activate whatever this glue is but it’s a terrible design and not one of those lasted past the first wash. I like the idea, but I do think they need to be sandwiched with something else underneath. One of these fell out when I was at an event and I had a big gooey spot in my hair and the rest of my hair kept sticking to it. Total disaster!

Love this brand. Easy to install. I got color 1-3/8/22 Balayage Dark Mocha Brown to Light Brown with Light Blonde. They were great quality for the price. I was able to move them up three times before the quality started declining. I also took very good care of them. Oiling the ends every night and wearing it up while I slept. So for the price that’s a great deal to me. Held a curl great. As long as you put them in correctly and take them out correctly there was no hair loss more than normal fall out. (Pro tip use rubbing alcohol to remove. Fail proof!) I decided to go a bit darker so I ordered a darker color and putting them in tomorrow.
