Okay, I've very rarely written reviews (good or bad) but every time I style my hair I think "I really need to write one!" I just got done washing/conditioning my hair today and finally sat down to tell you my thoughts - hope it helps anyone considering Moresoo hair! For the past year, I've been trying different hair extensions and have had mixed experiences. I live in the desert, so I expected dryness, brittleness, and damage from the sun. That's normal, right? That's what I got with other brands (not naming names). They were soft at the beginning and as soon as I (gently) washed them, they got frizzy and dry and nearly driving me crazy with how much deep conditioner and oils and leave in conditioner I was using just to keep them manageable. I thought it was because I wasn't spending $1,000 on extensions and figured that's how life is. Before I took the plunge into the crazy expensive extension world, I decided to try these out. The reviews were mostly good, some bad (as always) but they were on sale so I gave it a shot. I'm SO glad I did!! These were insanely soft when I put them in (but they all are, right?) and figured they would frizz like the others I'd used. Nope! I put these in about a month ago and usually condition them twice a week, washing once a week or every other week and they are STILL nice and soft! They are in great condition, curl and straighten well, and fit my natural hair color perfectly! Now for downsides (because there are always some). I was a little on the fence about the thickness of the hair. Normally, I would get 60 pieces and it would feel pretty full. For these, I ordered 80 just in case and wound up using pretty much all of them to get the fullness I wanted. Not a big deal at all and, honestly, this may be because these are still healthy and didn't frizz up after the first wash (which is actually a good thing lol). Also, I did notice one of the tapes needs replaced today but honestly, after a month, that's really not terrible! I do use sulfate-free shampoo (Verb Ghost works great!) and It's A 10 leave in conditioner (because, again, desert). Otherwise, I don't feel like I HAVE to style it every day which is awesome! This pic is just after a shower and blow dry (no straightening or anything) and it looks and feels great! Seriously, thank you Moresoo for making such great extensions and saving me a TON of money!!! I'll definitely be ordering when I need a fresh set!

Updated 1/8/2024 .like I said in the review before , I have used this company lots and have had good results. My clients love that I save them money on hair and when the rules are followed, the hair lasts a while. I have had some issues lately…maybe a bad batch of hair ..or just plain bad luck . However after I made the review a member of their team contacted me and has resent some new hair extensions Haven’t received them yet but hoping that the quality is like before . Customer service was excellent. Very impressed: thank you guys for reaching out to me Rare these days I will update after hair is delivered and in my daughter’s hair . Thanks agdd again Old review So I have bought from this company for about a year and most of the time I am satisfied with the purchase. I am a hairdresser and I even use this brand for my own daughter. These are my daughter’s hair extensions. They are literally only 6 weeks of wear. She follows all the rules because I make her, I buy the best shampoos and conditioners. I am the only one who does her hair and the only thing she has to do is brush it and tie it down at night. I wash it and condition it . Leave in and a mask once a week: I’ve never had hair go so wrong in such a short time . She had matting ..and as soon as I would detangle it, it would go back to being a ball of tangles within about 2 hours . She would do nothing except for move her head from right to left . It was starting to annoy me to the point that we decided to remove the hair. I use a tape in hair remover and her hair would not come off of the tape. I had to cut pieces of her hair off. So she is missing a lot of her natural hair . This has me very upset . I am aware that shedding will happen and with tape ins you will lose some hair but this was extreme. Normally I’d say the brand is good. I have used them a lot But this has me scared to order from them again and I’m seeking a new brand Good luck Update 2/13/2024 I didn’t put the hair back in my daughters hair because I was to scared to have a repeat. However I had a client who I install extensions for say she would let me try them in her hair. She is one of my good clients , follows all the rules and she has worn them for about 2 weeks now. I just checked her today and they are bad but still tangled. I removed all the tangles and seems ok. If I had to take a guess as a professor hairdresser go has seen aloy of hair extensions, I would say it was the color that was used on the hair extensions . When I got the 2nd set, I noticed that they were a bit dry and you could see fly aways through out which in the hair world ..those are dead ends from over processing or heat damage. No biggie , I’ll cut the ends and for the flu aways I’ll use the split end trimmer .and it didn’t get all the fly aways but it helped some . Had to cut about 3 inches but the hair is holding up , so I’m not as upset . However I wouldn’t order this color as I believe the extensions with this color have been over processed which caused them to not hold up before …. Thank you for sending me a second set I appreciate that .your costumer service is outstanding and the hair I always get is 99% great quality. I’ve only ever had an issue with this color ..so I will order from you again as I appreciate the costumer service you provide . Not many out there who seem to care. And I know that everything can’t always be perfect. We are human and errors are made and that’s life . So again I will be ordering again soon thank you very much
