The hair arrived next day, which was awesome all on its’ own. No smell (thank god) and super soft. The hair didn’t taper off towards the bottom (like most extensions) making them full from top to bottom. Easy install. Minimal shedding. I’ve had issues with other brands on the quality of their products, so color me pleased. With other brands, if I accidentally clamped the keratin bond, the prong would fall out and I would be down a strand. Not an issue I have had with this brand. 10/10 recommend.

**update** The company reached out to me to try and fix the problem. I ended up getting some of their tape in extensions. The color of the hair was odd, I ended up coloring them. The texture of the hair is soft and is decent quality. But, the part where the outside of the weft is (not the sticky side) is SUPER SHINY and is hard to disguise. It looks like clear tape and when my natural hair is covering it, you can see the shine underneath. I was disappointed with that and the fact they only stayed in my hair for 5 days. They were installed properly and I am careful not to put conditioner when I wash and I don't sweat a lot. I can't recommend this brand. the quality of the hair is ok, I guess. The color was gross looking😆 i still used them though. Im new to extensions. DO NOT GET THESE. I don't know if it is the brand, but I started with I TIPS from another brand and they stayed in for a long time! I only took them out because I was excited to try these, I still had some of the I TIPS left in. Within 2 DAYS (and a few sooner)THE NEW ONES FELL OUT. And these are harder to install, NOT EASIER. Only 1 ITIP came out (that was in before the micro) compared to the 6+ of this brand. Just within 2 days!!!!!! And I don't think there is anyway to reuse these. The I TIPS are easily reusable. AVOID!!!! Waste of time ans money.

Update: As soon as I reached out to Moresoo they immediately responded and were very concerned with the hair being faulty and immediately wanted to make it right. They offered to send me any hair of my choice. Their customer service and support is amazing. I am hoping that the bundle I had was just a bad batch but will update when the new hair gets here. I’ve been using the same hair company for years but heard many good things about this company and the quality of hair so I wanted to give them a try. The hair itself seems good. The bonds on the other hand, terrible. I get my extensions professionally installed and even during the installation process my stylist was having a hard time getting the bonds to seal. I’ve only had these in for 5 days and over half of the bonds have given out and the hair has slipped right out. I haven’t even washed my hair yet. . I’m a seasoned extension wearer, have been wearing U tips for years so I know how to take care of hair extensions. Just really bummed that I paid for the extensions and the install only to have them fall out 5 days later.

I’ve been equally happy and unhappy with this brand when I order. The first time I had a great quality product. We had some issues with color match, but it was fixed and it worked out great. The second time, I’m positive it was some kind of synthetic hair mixed in based on the way it reacted to mild toner and the way it did not hold up even when untreated. It wouldn’t take the toner and became extremely brittle. I was reprimanded by Amazon for not returning it in the same condition, even though the description said it was able to be dyed. Third time, I’ll just post a pic. It seems to be good product, but about 2/3 of the i tips were the 20 inch that I ordered, and the other 1/3 of the i tips were 16 inch. I’m just going to keep them and move on - luckily I had ordered an extra pack, so between them it’ll be enough. But what the heck guys?! Get it together, you generally have good stuff!

They stay forever the first set I bought I've had in since June 2ed. It's now August 4th. They're super soft, they don't shed and they're incredibly easy to put in and because I want thicker hair I use 2 packages but even just 1 is still thick. They don't smell like other sets do. And they're silky and beautiful. They work well for events or just to use for every day extentions. 10 outta 10 all day!
