Nice to be able to check my blood pressure and count my steps as I go through the day. Also reminds me to drink water (which I always forget to do during the day). I keep learning more cool things about this watch. It is absolutely worth every penny. Works perfectly and is comfortable. It fits with a big enough display but not so big that it is bulky. Battery easily lasts all day even with using often. I love this thing.
