Ordered two different MorePro watches at the same time through Amazon. When they arrived, one of the boxes was wrapped in plastic and the other was not. The H56 was the one not wrapped and is the one I had hoped to use first. Took the watch out of the box and the strap was already attached and there was a long black hair that came out with it. Plugged in the charger and placed it on the phone for overnight. Next morning, nothing. Thought it was the way I had it so I tried a different outlet and nothing. Thought it was the watch. Since I couldn’t wear it and I needed a watch I opened the HM08. Plugged in the cable that came with it, attached and it charged just fine. Took that cable to the H56 and that watch charged as well, so it had a bad charging cable. Thank goodness I had the other one. There were messages on the watch from back in July, before I owned the watch. What the… I didn’t order a used and/or refurbished watch! Very disappointed with the experience. The watch was beautiful, super easy to set up. I didn't pay enough attention to minor details....I use multiple alarms and this model watch didn't provide an alarm function.
