This is a beautiful casserole dish! Heavy, sturdy, beautifully designed. My only gripe is that it's a 9 x 12", not a 9 x 13" as it's described. I think maybe because it's so deep (deeper than most 9 x 13s) they took an inch off so your recipes will work the same in it? I don't know. I guess you just need to be aware if you are using it for a cake... bake times may be different as the cake will be thicker.
