A friend asked me to cater a dinner for 20 people . This was during the winter when outside temps were in the 30's and I wondered how I could get the entree to the venue. and keep it warm I decided to make brisket. At home, I divided the brisket between two enameled cast iron baking pans and baked the meat I had a 30 minute drive to the hotel. When I was ready to head out , I put approx each 10 lbs of brisket in a 9 x 13 foil pan covered with aluminum foil and put into the carrier. (I had bought 2) When I opened both carriers at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find the foil trays were still warm. Bravo! Zippers are a nice quality too

It's nice. Very roomy so you can easily get dishes in and out and use different sizes. The "metal" zipper pulls are poor quality. Time will tell if they hold up.
