Bought the moonpod for my daughter. She seems to like it, but not love it. It gets use, but has not turned out to be a revolution in her lounging habits. The color (space gray) works and the materials seem decent. We haven't owned it long enough to comment on longevity. However, there was an initial odor to the product that improved after airing out for a few days.     • I like my Moon Pod!

I was a little concerned at first because when it arrived, it was "leaking" plastic balls inside its plastic wrap, which made the unboxing experience not fun, but I like it overall. It's very firm, which I enjoy because I feel very supported in it, and that helps my back/anxiety. But it's not like a soft and floopy bean bag, if that's what you're looking for. Once you're in it, you're fairly "stuck." I also like that it can morph to my body depending on what I'm looking for--if I want to just lie back and relax or if I want to sit more upright with my neck supported--I like having that flexibility. If it were around $150, I would give the Moon Pod a glowing review but at the $300 price point, it doesn't blow me away enough to feel completely worth it. I like it and I don't plan on returning it, but that's where I ultimately land. ... show more

This is my favorite new chair. I also purchased the lunar lift. While I don't understand the engineering of the Moon Pod, I can say it is ohhhh so comfortable and relaxing. On particularly stressful days, I sink my body into the chair and my legs and feet into the Lunar Lift and spend ~ 45 minutes meditating and being present to my body in the Moon Pod. I feel so refreshed, almost as though I've taken a nap. As someone who struggles with an anxiety disorder, I was interested to see if the Moon Pod would give me that zero-gravity experience and, it does! I will say it's a bit of a challenge getting out of the Moon Pod although I am carrying extra weight right now. The benefits far outweigh the challenge of getting out of the chair. ... show more

    • Comfy, relaxing, and even kids love it!

So, will admit, was a bit skeptical of the marketing before purchasing, wondering if this just a really pricey, albeit differently shaped, bean bag chair. Was it worth the hype? I bought for my wife about 2 months ago, who has a bad beck, and often has pain in her neck, shoulders, etc. Also, a high-stress household. However, the chair is very comfy, relieves stress, and helps to somewhat relieve her pain areas. What was surprising to us is how much the kids like it. In fact, that might be a downside, as my wife often has trouble getting to use it, since the kids will use it whenever they can. On the good end of that though, it really helps to relieve stress and be able to calm down our 8yo daughter. Which is big bonus. It's a bit on the pricey side, yes, but already, well worth the price. In our 2 adult, 2 kid household, it gets used by us all...daily. So I'm happy to say the skepticism I initially had is without merit - we all love this product and am so glad we got it. ... show more

We really like the moonpod, its super soft and comfy, it totally fits itself to your shape. My grandkids love to do belly flops on it, and lay on it to watch tv. My husband finds it a little too short. Its size is more suitable for kids. We wish there was a version for those who are 6'2", and that we did not need to buy additional pieces (back support, foot rest) in order to sit. ... show more

The kids love it! My husband and I haven’t used it much yet as it seems harder to get it in a good position. Still super comfy! Pretty easy to put together. Pillow came with some of the stuffing on the outside (no hole) so took time to get that cleaned up. Overall, pretty good!
