I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this duvet set...from the fabric, to the zipper, and the stitching. The cotton fabric is not thin or see-through. It feels more like a soft muslin or linen fabric. I had no issues with fabric bleeding, seams separating, or issues with zipper after washing. The fabric does wrinkle (nothing that steaming or ironing can't fix), but I actually love the relaxed look. I bought the off white one a couple of years ago and I love it. It’s still on my bed in my master bedroom. So I bought the oatmeal looking color recently for my guest room, and within a week, it is ripped. I am so disappointed. I really loved it, and the quality has gone downhill. I’m really bummed.

I grabbed these because they were on sale. They are a type of flax linen and so it's a bit scratchy. The reason I bought it was to have something to put on the comforter I already had to keep cat hair off (duvet covers are easier to wash). I will say my comforter has a pattern on it and even this lighter warm grey color I bought masks the pattern pretty well.
