I bought this in October, it's now almost January and it has held up well. I was balling on a budget and needed a new duvet because my old one was too ripped up. Prior to purchasing a new duvet cover I scoured everywhere for a specific shade of green (like the one above) for a duvet that was also durable, not prone to ripping, had ties for an insert, was relatively fur resistant, and was as close to a Brooklinen dupe as I could get. Eventually I settled on this and got it in green. I'd say this ticks most of those boxes. Not a dupe but it does the job if you need something relatively low in price but don't want to sacrifice too much on quality for a linen cover. Obviously it wrinkles because that's kind of the look it has, but to lessen the wrinkles you can just pop it in the dryer. It works for what it's intended for and hasn't ripped. The zippers haven't broken either. I did not get a used cover. It came packaged really nicely with a bow made of the same material. I purchased the insert that's recommend for it to give it extra fluff because I like that look. For additional warmth, weight, and fluff for winter I added my old insert to it too. Tying the insert to it was a bit of a pain but it's doable. Too much weight inside the cover makes it bunch up despite the ties to hold the inserts in place but that's such a minor thing. It does run hot if you sleep warm. I'm almost always cold so the warmth is a nice bonus for me. My husband thinks it's too warm, but he just sticks a leg out the side and does fine lol. Color is true to the photo, it has a nice linen look, not super soft but not coarse (I mean... it's linen), and it doesn't seem to hold much of my pet's fur when they hop on the bed (we have a tri-red corgi and an orange cat). Definitely a good purchase and I love the cozy feel it gives with the new insert. 😌 ... show more

I bought 2 and I’m buying 2 more. I bought tarnished linen which is tan but because of the “tarnished” it can go with warm or cool because it has the faintest hint of green, you can’t tell. It’s nice. Then I got light grey, it’s not that light but really pretty. I’m going to get pastel grey king when it’s back in stock and getting light grey queen for my daughter. I recently did a little makeover of my bedroom and was looking for an affordable, breathable linen duvet cover for my bed. Ordered this over the weekend and it arrived yesterday, and so far I am loving it. Gave it a quick wash and let it air dry. Once it was dry I used my downy wrinkle release spray and it took most of the big creases out, but it left some texture wrinkles which I actually really like the look of. So far i'd rate this a 8/10, losing just a few points because I do wish it was a bit thicker and more true to linen texture since this is a blend. Very comfortable texture and weight to this duvet cover. I washed it before putting it on the comforter and it has a wonderful feel to it that's a little stiff, but in a way I like and feels high quality. And I know it will get softer with age. It took a few weeks to receive my order but it was worth the wait. This duvet cover is made with a slightly stiff fabric with tiny wrinkles. It reminds me of linen which is what I wanted. The color was true to the photo. The zipper is sturdy and the whole duvet is sewn well. I was surprised to receive two shams as well. I must have missed that in the description.
