2003 V-8 4runner Limited 4WD. If you are going to leave the factory skid plate in place to change these out then you need to determine whether you have the right length socket extension. Not all short 3/8 drive extensions are the same length and the head of the bolts that are holding up the sway bar bushing brackets line RIGHT up with the edge of the skid plate, unfortunately. It was also a little tricky to get one of the holes lined up during the reinstallation of the bracket so be sure to have a good long and thick screwdriver handy to line up the bracket to the frame bolt hole for the bolt to enter so you can start some threads. I am not sure I could feel much of a difference and worst of all I still have a clunk. My sway bar end links are good, new ball joints, whole new rack and pinion with inner tie rods. 3 year old ToyTech lift with Bilsteins that are still good and not leaking. This is still a good product and certainly worth the money and DIY time and effort. If for nothing else do this for the process of elimination if you are hunting down a clunk. ... show more

Worked to fix squeak in front end of my 04 4runner. Had original bushings and they were shot and making noise on uneven road surfaces. These fixed it right up and no more suspension squeak.

Easy to install and work great! Significantly improved the handling in my 2004 4runner. I would recommend dropping both sides of the sway bar and installing both bushings at the same time vs dropping each side individually. I installed them in my driveway in about 20 minutes without dropping the skid plate or jacking the car up. Best $12 bucks I have ever spent. I would also recommend replacing your sway bar stabilizers as well. ... show more

GX 470. Handle improved a lot. One of the installed was damaged so when I stopped the car it tended to go to one side. This new bushings correct that.
