They do the job! Decently made, they don't look like they will fall apart unless they are abused. The legs are a little on thin side, so make sure that the soil that you are putting them into is soft or water it to soften it up before attempting to put them in so that they don't break. They are better quality than a similar set that I saw at Lowes for a very similar price, so I would definitely recommend these! ... show more

But I feel the fence are not too sturdy and will not last too much of wind and wear and tear. They are majorly for decorative purposes and provides a minor barrier for animals. The product was good quality but I did not notice the detachable plastic legs. Great maybe in a perfect garden, but mine has rocks in it ! Many rocks ! I kept them in h opes to find a use for them. I move my fences all season for different uses in various areas. I should have looked closer, my bad.

The media could not be loaded. What I like about this fence is it keeps my dogs and tortise out. It's not to short not to tall. Ease of installing them was so easy. I didn't need to use all included in set because my planting area was pretty small. It looks so nice. I can still admire my plants and no dogs or our tortoise can get through or want to get through. It's also not an eyesore like other ones I've seen while I was shopping for one. Pretty simple design. Studiness is key on these and so far sooo good. Quality is great. We'll see how it does in rain or sun after a while. Very happy with this fence. Better than I expected. ... show more

The fence units are a substantial enough grade of metal, and painted (black) to ward off rust, but they attach to plastic spikes, which may be a weak point in the system. They can be linked to each other laterally to form a continuous "fence" that would stay together under most conditions. For mostly decorative purposes, they should be strong enough to stand up, but I fear a rambunctious puppy or determined rabbit might be able to defeat their purpose. I'm not sure how long the plastic spikes will hold the metal fence pieces securely without breaking but, again, if they're used primarily for decoration that shouldn't be a problem. They are black, however, so not sure how well they would show up in an outdoor garden setting. ... show more
