Made from olives grown in ideal conditions, using traditional methods, Montebello olive oil has a smooth, rich taste that makes any food better. I don't cook with it--I like to water saute and braise my meat and veggies. So I add it at the end of the cooking. Use it on cooked greens together with lemon, salt and pepper. Look, here's the facts about this oil. First it tastes great, a little too expensive for the quantity.And I didn't test it to see if it's real. So I am on to other brands like most people !!
