The size of the bag is a little bigger than I thought it would be; but then I was looking for a lager purse. It carries my keys, phone, large wallet, my sunglasses in a large case and the make up I want to carry and then some. I've been able to also put a 16 oz. water bottle in as well as a book to take to Dr.'s appointments. It carries everything. It has a nice conceal carry zipper pocket on the side back. While I don't carry, my keys fit in there and I have a lot of keys on a lager key chain, and the pocket makes it easy to get to. It has an outer pocket that is great for tissues in case of a runny nose, you don't have to dig through your purse to find it. There is a center zipper pocket that divides the purse into 3 sections and that makes it perfect for everything. This purse works! To top it off it is pretty! The colors are as expected as in the picture. It matches my brown shoes wonderfully. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and they always ask who it's made by and I just tell them it's Montana West! This is a great purse, worth every penny and it's not terribly expensive. So who says you can't have it all? Montana West brings it in this case! ... show more

I love, love, love this bag! It's *very* well made, heavy duty leather with thick, strong thread seams, so it should hold up very well. It's got TONS of room, it'll hold everything you need and everything you DON'T need, too! The appearance is timeless, it'll never go out of style. I know some people said it had a chemical smell, but I never noticed that; it smells like leather to me. The bag is on the heavy side, but I think that's because it's so big, I fell like I need to fill it, haha 😄 It has a gun holster that appears to be sized for maybe a 9mm or a little 22 (I haven't tried it yet, so I couldn't really tell you about it). Regardless, at this price, you really can't go wrong! If the holster doesn't fit your gun, you could probably use one you've already got. There is a velcro attachment that holds it in place, and there's PLENTY of room for a large holster if needed. The bag is so pretty, and since it comes in so many colors, I'll be ordering another one, or two, or three, lol, maybe one for each season! They're definitely priced well enough that I can do that! I've bought other bags from this brand, one I've been using for about 2 years, so you can trust that they're well made. ... show more

I was packing my pistol in one of those convertible purse carriers for over a year after I got my license before I found this. What a godsend it has been! Even small, light pistol add bulk and take up valuable space in a purse. I love that this bag has the back pocket to hold my weapon, and the coordinating holster is wonderful! Cute and a perfect fit for my .38, and keeps the gun from wearing on the lining of the pocket. The purse itself is gorgeous! Spacious, with lots of pockets, but not gigantic. The worked front is so pretty, and not too overdone to pigeon-hole it into just being "western-wear". The quality is excellent! I thought it was a bit of a splurge when I bought it, but I realize now that it was a great deal. I will keep my eye on this brand from now on! ... show more

This handbag has it all!! There is a center zipper pouch that doubles as a divider and it runs the entire length of the bag. As stated there are open spaces on both sides of that center pouch, on the inside back wall is another zipper pouch which is a normal size back slot that will hold your keys or a small wallet or coin pouch. In the front section their are two upright pockets which i was able to fit a travel lotion, hand sanitizer and chapsticks in and they stay standing upright. Then there is the concealed weapons section thatis on the backside of the bag. It has a heavy duty zipper and even comes with a matching holster. I'm quite stoked! The craftmanship of the bag is extremely good, leather and very well put together. Very pleased with this purchase and cant wait for the matching wallet that I ordered in addition to this gets here in a couple of days. Note: I generally run around with a sling style daybag or mini backback and being a mom I've always had my bags filled to capacity. With this bag by Montana West, I was able to legitimately fit everything I had in that bag in this purse and it not look like it's going to burst at the seams. ... show more

I love everything about this purse, actually. It's super nice quality. The studs and design work are badass. This is my second Montana West purse, actually, and I liked the other one too, but this one is better for my current needs. Wanted something bigger than my current purse, and thanks to a birthday gift card from my brother, I thought this would be a nice way to treat myself. And it did not disappoint. One of the best things about it is the sizeable concealed carry compartment. I'm a purse ccw carrier when I'm not at work, and I've been wanting one stiff enough and big enough to hold a full-size steel gun. This is it. Plenty of internal compartments for my many contents. It weighs a ton with my pistol and contents in there, but I tell myself it keeps me in shape, plus I'm used to a heavy purse, so I don't mind. Lol. ❤️ ... show more

Love this purse it’s super cute. Durable and spacious. My only complaint is that the concealed carry zipper doesn’t unzip very fast. I think that for safety there are better quick draw options.
