Even small, light pistol add bulk and take up valuable space in a purse. I love that this bag has the back pocket to hold my weapon, and the coordinating holster is wonderful! Cute and a perfect fit for my .38, and keeps the gun from wearing on the lining of the pocket. The purse itself is gorgeous! Spacious, with lots of pockets, but not gigantic. The worked front is so pretty, and not too overdone to pigeon-hole it into just being "western-wear". The quality is excellent! Purchased for my wife 3 months ago, and it's on me that I didn't open the purse and confirm that the holster wasn't inside. Now days before her birthday, I'm feeling it... I've messaged Montana West to see if they are willing to send a holster (TEAL), and this will become a 5-star rating if they did that. UPDATE: M.W. did not have a holster to send to me... but imagine my surprise when my wife inspected the purse for the first time and new right where the "carry pocket" was - and out she drew the missing holster. I bought this purse to go with a pair of red cowboy boots. While it paired well with my boots, the purse itself is a good, quality product. The handles, zippers, and latch are all sturdy and function smoothly without compromising style. My phone (Samsung S22 in protective case) easily slips into one of the smaller pockets and the other is perfect for my keys or glasses case. Purse is Great! The holster might be ok for a smaller weapon.380 or .38 I used a holster I had on hand but don't feel it's necessary since it's a snug fit, my 9mm fits in area with no issues. I love this purse! The leather is already soft, so it's not so terribly stiff that it needs broken in, but still holds itself up. The holster can hold either my .9mm or my .45mm, as does the pocket for them. It is beautifully made and hold everything I need.
